Vorrichtung an Projektoren zum automatischen
Bildwechsel

(Fig. 9b).

Device on projectors for automatic
Image change
The invention relates to devices on projectors for automatic image change, in which a motor running only in one direction is provided as the drive for the image change and magazine transport mechanism as well as for the fan, which via a clutch that can be switched on and off with a crank or . Switching disk is geared, which together with gear and transmission members the
Image slider and the magazine transported.
However, previously known devices of this type have the disadvantage that special switching elements are provided for switching the magazine transport elements to forward and reverse, which are independent of the transmission for the image change.
The invention is intended to design devices for automatic image change on projectors in this way. that the number of control elements for the image transport and the forward and backward transport of the magazine is reduced and the same are also combined with one another.
According to the invention, this is achieved in devices for automatic image change of the type described above in that the clutch can be switched on and off by a switching element which at the same time controls a switching gate which causes the magazine to run and return and which in turn is arranged on the crank disk and is geared to the drive wheel for transporting the magazine.
The switch switch is provided with a bar for this purpose and can be moved in two positions. Depending on the position of the bar, when it engages in the drive wheel of the magazine transport device, the latter can be moved forwards or backwards. According to the invention, for switching over the switching switch, a link is provided which is connected to the switching element for the clutch and protrudes into the drainage path of the switchable switch rotating with the crank disk. When the handlebar is actuated, the switch is moved from its rest position, which corresponds to a forward transport of the magazine, into a position for the return transport.
To ensure that the switch is not activated every time the
Coupling, but only the desired transport direction for the magazine is actuated accordingly, it is necessary to provide means to make the two switching operations independent of one another.
This is achieved by arranging the switch and the link in the locked position of the crank disk offset from one another by a certain angular amount. This results in a dependency for the switching on of the switch on the time the switching element is actuated for the
Clutch or from the period after the start of the triggering of the switching element.
According to the invention, the switching element can be triggered manually or electromagnetically.
It is also proposed to provide further means to operate the electromagnetic.
Switching element to ensure switching of the switch in the desired manner regardless of the actuation time. A preselection switch is expediently used for this purpose, which may be switched through in a
Remote control cable connected to the device switching element can be installed.
According to a further idea of the invention, additional locking levers are provided in the

the projected slide is brought back into the magazine and the lock, which acts in a known manner, for the transport wheel of the magazine feed is canceled. This enables the magazine to be adjusted by hand. As an operating element for a locking lever of this type, the switching element which can be actuated manually or electromagnetically is expediently used again, which for this purpose is connected by a gear mechanism. This inevitably results in a circuit depending on the actuation time of the switching element.
In a further embodiment of the invention, an additional locking member of the type described above is arranged in the drain path of the coupling pawl, which serves to release and lock the crank disk in a certain position depending on the position of the magazine inserted into the guide slot of the projector to get.
'Further details of the invention are explained in more detail using an embodiment shown in the drawing:
The figures show: FIG. 1 a schematic overview of the image change and magazine transport means in one
Position which corresponds to the projection of a slide, Fig. 2 shows the same arrangement with a position of the parts in which a magazine feed is possible by hand, Fig. 3 parts of a projector with the

9 the pawl in side view.
In the housing 1 of the projector, an adjustable electric motor 2 is mounted, on the axis 3 of which a drive wheel 4 is attached, which drives the fan 6 of the cooling device via the cord 5. On the shaft 3 there is also a worm wheel 7 (FIGS. 1 and 2) which meshes with a correspondingly toothed wheel, on the axis 9 of which a further gear wheel 10 is attached. This is in engagement with the gear 11 (FIG. 4), the axis of which is denoted by 12. With the gear 11 is a
Disc. 13 firmly connected, the edge of which is serrated like a sawtooth. A crank disk 14 is rotatably mounted on the axle 12.
It carries a crank pin 15 which engages in the lever 17 mounted at 16 (FIG. 5). The lever 17 is connected to the interchangeable slide 19 via the pin slot guide 18a, 18b. The cam groove 20 in the lever 17 serves to compensate for the unequal lever lengths in different positions of the crank disk. The gripper of the slide is designated by 21, by means of which the slides 22, which are set in the magazine 23, can be grasped and transported.
A coupling pawl 25 pivotable about the axis 24 is also mounted pivotably on the crank disk 14. It has a locking lug 26 which can engage in the toothing of the disk 13. The coupling pawl 25 is under the action of a spring 27 and has a locking lug 26 which can come into engagement with the teeth of the disk 13. The end of the coupling pawl 25, labeled 29, lies in the area of action of a nose 30 of the locking lever 31. This can be pivoted about the axis 32 and is brought into such a position by a spring 33 that the nose 30 lies in front of the part 29. Against the action of the spring 33, the locking lever can be moved by an electromagnet 34, the armature 34a of which is connected to the locking lever 31 via a spring 34b.
In addition, it can be pivoted by means of a double-armed lever 35 which is geared to a locking lever 37 via a rod 36. The lever 37 can be pivoted about the axis 38 and can be actuated by the axially displaceable manual key 40 via the pivot member 39. A pressure compensation spring 41 is provided between the latter and the pivot member 39, the function of which will be explained later.
The locking lever 31 is connected via the rod 42 to a link 43 (FIG. 9) which, when the locking lever 31 is pivoted out, lies in the drain path of a switch 44. (Fig. 9b). This consists of a bar 45 which is mounted on a plate 46 and which is itself pivoted about a bolt 47 attached to the crank disk 14. The plate 44 is pulled against a stop 49 by means of a spring 48.
When the crank disk 14 is rotated, the switching gate 44 enters the toothing of a switching wheel 50 which is mounted in the fork 51 and can intervene in the toothed strip 23a of the magazine 23 in a known manner. The switching gate 44 can be moved by means of the link 43 from its one position in which it rests against the stop 49 into a switching position. The respective desired and brought about by the handlebar 43 switching positions of the Wej. He is guaranteed by a control device after passage on the handlebar 43. For this purpose, a pin 52 is provided on the switch switch, which is attached to the inner or
Outer edge of a guide runner 53 extending in the area of the ratchet wheel 50 comes to rest.

68, line 75 to the connection point 57 of the f ubmagneten 34, from here on via the connection point 56, the line 58 to the rectifier and the current source 60 and from here via the line 61,
Contact 62 and line 80 back to switch 78 (circuit I). The solenoid receives electricity and attracts its armature. As a result, the locking lever 31 is also pivoted about its axis 32 against the action of the spring 33. The lever 35 and the rod 36 coupled to it and the levers 38 and 39 take part in this movement, but have no effect on the functional elements for the image change.
When pivoting the locking lever 31, the nose 30 is the path for the coupling pawl 25 free, which in the
Rest position with its tip 29 rests against the nose 30. The coupling pawl swivels about its axis
24 under the action of the spring 28 and engages with the nose 26 in the teeth on the edge of the disk 13.
The disk 13, which after switching on the motor, as already described, rotates constantly, so now causes the crankshaft. eibe 14 is set with n circulation. When the crank disk is fully rotated, the lever 17 also moves the slide 19 back and forth. The one in the projection position
The slide (FIG. 3) is grasped by the grippers 21 and brought back into the magazine 23. To
Advance of the magazine in a manner to be described in more detail by a compartment width, a new slide is recorded and the image slide is brought back into the projection position.
The blocking of the
Disk 14 is brought about again by the locking lever 31, which has meanwhile returned to its rest position, the nose 30 of which again comes in front of the tip 29 of the coupling pawl 25 and pivots it about the axis 24 so that the nose 24 is released from the toothing of the disk 13.
The switch mechanism 44 rotatably mounted on the crank disk 14 reaches the area of the link 43 after a certain rotational phase of the disk (FIGS. 7-9). This is arranged offset at an angular distance of approximately 1200 from the locking lug 3u of the locking lever 31. If the switch (key 78) has already been released, the solenoid has become de-energized and the locking lever is under the action of its spring
33 is pivoted back into its starting position (FIG. 7), the link 43 also resumes its original position, in which it does not come into contact with the switch 44. This then also retains its starting position, as shown in FIG. 1. When the crank disk 14 runs off, the bar now comes into engagement with the transport wheel 50 for the magazine adjustment.
That is the case when the

or back to the port. In the aforementioned position of the switch switch 44, the bar 45 lies in such a way that in this case the magazine is moved forward by one switching step. The control device 52, 53 is provided to ensure that the switch switch, which is of course movably mounted, maintains this desired position during this switching step. The pin 52 on the plate 46 of the switch switch 44 slides along the inner edge of the guide runner 53 and prevents the switch switch from evading.
The position of the link 43 is decisive for the forward and backward transport of the magazine. This position is again dependent on the actuation of the locking lever 31. If the locking lever and thus also the handlebar are only actuated for a short period of time, the handlebar resumes its rest position before the switch point comes into its range of action. This means that when the magnet 34 or the locking lever 31 is briefly actuated, the magazine 52 is transported forward.
If you now want to change the slide with the magazine being transported back, the locking lever must be pressed for a longer period of time or then still or again when the switching gate 44 is moving in the area of the link 43. The switch 44 is pivoted by the handlebar (FIG. 8) and held in this pivoted position by the pin 52, which now slides on the outside of the guide part 53. When the bar 45 engages in the transport wheel 50, the latter is now transported in the reverse manner as described above, so that the magazine is moved back by one switching step.
Instead of actuating the locking lever 31 via the lifting magnet 34, it can also be triggered via the actuator 40. When the button 4q is actuated, the lever 39 is pivoted and the pivoting movement is transmitted to the rod 36 via the locking lever 37. This is in connection with the double-armed lever 35, which is in engagement with the locking lever 31. When the button 40 is pressed, the locking lever is then pivoted outward and releases the tip 29 of the coupling pawl in the same way as when the solenoid 34 is actuated Forwards and backwards of the magazine is also the same by pressing the button 40 briefly or long.
However, in order to have the lifting magnet 34 a certain degree of security during the electromagnetic actuation of the locking lever that the magazine actually moves forward or backward in the desired manner
