that the. The cross section shown in FIG. 1 relates to the stage before the pressure-resistant substance is introduced into the channel profile 1 of the upper flange, which is connected to the lower flange 8 via the web 7.
The bridge is assumed to be a lattice bridge. The channel profile 1 of the upper chord runs uninterrupted over the entire length of the beam. Its moment of inertia perpendicular to the support plane 2 is greater than in this, i.e. greater than perpendicular to the axis 6. The opening width 12 of the channel profile 1 is smaller than the profile width 11. Apart from the adhesion-affine composite effect between the materials of the channel profile and the pressure-resistant substance, there is The channel profile 1 converging at the top according to FIG. 1 is also suitable for mechanical clasping of the pressure-resistant insert. The side flanks 13, 14 of the approximately U-shaped profile converge upwards. The connection between upper chord 1 and web 7 takes place in the sense of a continuously effective restraint over the entire width 10 of the web and over the entire length of the girder.
The lower chord 8 is only indicated as a plate, without any other lower chord shape being excluded. The metallic lower chord 8 can be surrounded in the usual way by a strip 9 of any shape made of concrete or the like. In the exemplary embodiment, the side flanks 13, 14 of the upper flange 1 are flat.
FIG. 2 shows the upper flange 1 and the adjoining part of the web 7 with slightly different dimensions.
When the upper chord 1 is made of iron, it is filled with concrete 4 over its entire height 5.
Fig. 3 shows a further possible design of the channel profile, in which the side flanks 13,

U-profile profile is drawn into the cavity of the U-profile with its free edges 3. As a result, the free edges 3 of the channel profile are anchored in the concrete mass 4 which fills it and which is provided over the entire height 5 of the channel profile. The inward buckling of the side flanks 13, 14 of the upper flange is prevented by the concrete compound 4.
The risk of the side flanks 13, 14 of the channel profile or the sheet steel body forming it buckling outwards is eliminated by anchoring the free edges 3 of the same in the concrete mass 4. It is evident from the drawing itself that the one shown there and with the öteg ui static hmspanuung the upper chord composite body has an extremely high assembly rigidity and can withstand all stresses that occur during assembly, including unforeseen loads. The economic viability of a prefabricated carrier is thus decisively influenced by the measures according to the invention.
The design according to FIG. 4 differs from that according to FIG. 3 essentially in that the side flanks 13, 14 are more strongly curved and continuously merge into the curved base area of the profile.
The profile shape according to FIG. 5 shows a design of the side flanks 13, 14 in such a way that they essentially correspond to lying V-profiles with their opening pointing towards the cavity of the channel profile. In this embodiment, too, the free edges 3 of the channel profile are anchored excellently in the concrete mass 4.
The invention is not intended to be restricted in any way to the illustrated and described embodiments, but rather allows implementation in numerous other variations.
