Schutzvorrichtung für an das hydraulische Hubwerk eines Traktors anschliessbare Lade- und Transporigeräie
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung für an das hydraulische Hubwerk eines Traktors an- schliessbare Lade- und Transportgeräte, insbesondere Heugabelgeräte, die aus einer mit langen Zinken versehenen Untergabel und gegebenenfalls einer Obergabel bestehen. Solche Geräte werden in Transport- stellung vom Boden abgehoben, wobei die Zinken der Untergabel dann im wesentlichen horizontal liegen.
Da die Zinken in Spitzen auslaufen, sind diese, insbesondere in der Dämmerung und im Halbdunkel, nur schwer erkennbar. Eine Reihe schwerer Unglücksfälle ist dadurch zustande gekommen, dass ein von hinten kommendes Fahrzeug in das Gerät hineingefahren ist. Ein entsprechendes Gefahrenmoment liegt vor, wenn das Gerät mit Last fährt, z. B. eine grosse Heulast aufgenommen hat, die die Zinken weit- gehend verdeckt. Bei einem Unglück wird dann vielleicht das von hinten kommende Fahrzeug in die Heu- last, die nicht viel vom Stoss auffängt, hineinfahren, was für Personen und Material ernstliche Folgen mit sich bringen kann.
Die Erfindung bezweckt die Beseitigung dieser Gefahrenmomente durch Schaffung einer Schutzvorrichtung, die das hintere Ende des Gerätes hinlänglich schützt und markiert und zugleich so einfach und leicht montierbar ist, dass man nicht in Versuchung kommt, die Vorrichtung liegen zu lassen, wenn man z. B. nur ein kurzes Stück auf eigenem Gebiet fahren will.
Die erfindungsgemässe Schutzvorrichtung zeichnet sich im wesentlichen durch ein die Zinkenspitzen abdeckendes Querbrett od. dgl. aus, das mit passenden Hülsen, Drahtwendel od. dgl. auf wenigstens zwei Zinken der Untergabel aufsteckbar ist. Das Querbrett wirkt nun nicht nur als Puffer zwischen dem Gerät und einem von hinten kommenden Fahrzeug, sondern es markiert auch das hintere Ende des Gerätes, so dass die Fahrer überholender Fahrzeuge rechtzeitig merken, welches Fahrzeug sie vor sich haben, was besonders von Wichtigkeit ist, wenn das Gerät ohne Last und gegebenenfalls in der Dämmerung auf öffentlichem Weg befördert wird.
Das Querbrett od. dgl. kann mit Katzenaugen, reflektierenden Bändern oder einem reflektierenden Anstrich versehen werden und kann ferner Halterungen und Anschlüsse für das elektrische Rücklicht, Nummernschilder, Winker usw. aufweisen. Um das Querbrett od. dgl. noch besser an den Zinken zu befestigen, kann es erfindungsgemäss durch elastische Zugglieder mit der Obergabel verbindbar sein. Beientsprechender Bedienung des Hubwerkes des Traktors ist es dann möglich, die Obergabel im Verhältnis zur Untergabel so zu heben, dass das Querbrett fest gegen die Zinken der Untergabel gezogen wird.
In der Zeichnung ist als Beispiel der hintere Teil eines mit einer erfindungsgemässen Schutzvorrichtung versehenen Heugabelgerätes im Schaubild dargestellt.
Die Schutzvorrichtung besteht aus einem festen Querbrett 1, das an der zum Gerät gewendeten Seite zwei Drahtwendeln 2 aufweist, mit denen es auf zwei der Zinken 7 der Untergabel des Gerätes passend aufsteckbar ist. Die freie, von hinten sichtbare Brettfläche kann mit reflektierenden Mitteln oder elektrischem Licht ausgestattet und ausserdem mit roten und weissen Flächen bemalt sein, so dass die Schutzvorrichtung sowohl im Dunkeln als auch bei Tageslicht Aufmerksamkeit erweckt.
Um das Querbrett 1 gegen Loslösen während der Fahrt, insbesondere beim Fahren im beladenen Zustande, zu sichern, ist der Beschlag 3, der die Drahtwendel 2 trägt, so ausgeführt, dass er auch eine Halterung für ein Gummiband 4 mit einem Haken 5 bilden kann. Der Haken 5 dient dazu, in der Obergabel 6

des Gerätes, falls es mit einer solchen versehen ist, festgehakt zu werden. Die Gummibänder 4 halten dann das Querbrett l dauernd an der richtigen Stelle, und die Spitzen der Zinken 7 werden abgedeckt, so dass die mit eventuellen Kollisionen verbundenen Gefahrenmomente beträchtlich reduziert werden. Noch wichtiger ist jedoch, dass das Querbrett 1 andern Verkehrsteilnehmern anzeigt, dass Vorsicht am Platze ist.
An Stelle der Drahtwendel 2 können selbstverständlich auch rohrförmige Steckhülsen und anstatt der Bänder 4 andere elastische, dehnbare Zugglieder verwendet werden.

Schutzvorrichtung für an das hydraulische Hubwerk eines Traktors anschliessbare Lade- und Transportgeräte, insbesondere Heugabelgeräte, die aus einer mit langen Zinken versehenen Untergabel und gegebenenfalls einer Obergabel bestehen, gekennzeichnet durch ein die Zinkenspitzen abdeckendes Querbrett (1) od. dgl., das mit passenden Hülsen, Drahtwendeln (2) od. dgl. aut wenigstens zwei Zinken (7) der Untergabel aufsteckbar ist.

Since the tines come to a point, they are difficult to see, especially at dusk and in semi-darkness. A number of serious accidents have occurred because a vehicle coming from behind has driven into the device. A corresponding moment of danger exists when the device is running with a load, e.g. B. has absorbed a large hayload that largely covers the tines. The invention aims to eliminate these hazards by creating a protective device that adequately protects and marks the rear end of the device and at the same time is so simple and easy to assemble that you are not tempted to leave the device when you z. The protective device according to the invention is essentially characterized by a transverse board or the like covering the tips of the prongs, which can be attached to at least two prongs of the lower fork with suitable sleeves, wire helix or the like.
