Sämtliche Kugellager ruhen in Lagerschalen.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :

to be screwed together. The springs 9 are then placed on the fixed or adjustable spring holders 10, the extension piece 11 is pressed onto the square or polygonal part of the rod 4 and screwed tight with the nut 16. All ball bearings rest in bearing shells.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Ankle joint for leg prostheses, which allows both a movement of the foot in pronation and supination as well as in the pointed and hooked foot position and in which these possibilities of movement by pivoting the foot around two mutually perpendicular axes and by springs that keep the foot in a central position seek to hold, are achieved, characterized in that a connecting rod (4) between the lower leg and foot is mounted in the lower leg so as to be pivotable about an axis (4a) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the foot, and by a tension spring (8) lying in extension of the rod (4) or is held in the direction of the lower leg axis by two compression springs lying in the transverse direction of the foot, which sit between the upper bar part (4) and the heel (1)
while the foot on this connecting rod (4) is pivotably mounted about an axis (4b) perpendicular to its longitudinal direction and is held in a central position relative to the rod by two springs (9) lying in the longitudinal direction of the foot.
