Isolation hubs, if necessary, coated with epoxy resin. Then further parts of the same are added to the wound core, which actually already forms part of the casting mold, and this with any details for the casting, such as, for. B. axles or bolts u. dgL The mold is now prepared for the injection molding process. The prepared epoxy resin is injected under moderate pressure into the prepared mold and allowed to harden. The hardening time is relatively long (approx. 1 hour) so that it is necessary to work with several molds at the same time. If thermoplastics are used for the injection, a single mold is sufficient because the solidification takes place very quickly.
Rotary frames for electrical measuring devices of various sizes and shapes, including injected small details (holders for spiral springs and pointers, balancing forks, axle tips, etc.) can be manufactured as described.
It is possible to inject the insulation hubs onto rotating frames, which are independently manufactured and impregnated, and this in such a way that the wound and impregnated rotating frame is inserted into the injection mold in which only the isolation hubs are formed, into which other necessary details can also be injected . Polystyrene (Trolitul) is particularly suitable for this method. Hubs of rotating frames designed in this way are shown in FIGS.
3 illustrates a structural arrangement with an injection-molded insulating hub 12 into which the axis tips 13, the holder of a spiral spring 14 (feed spring) and the balancing forks 15 are injected at the same time. The hub body is structurally designed in such a way that it also directly forms the pointer holder 16 in which the actual pointer 17 is injected. So that the injection-molded hub on the rotating frame is mechanically secured against any loosening, the hub body 12 is formed
EMI2.1
The winding is soldered to the spring holder 14 before the actual injection.
A similar structural arrangement is illustrated in FIG. 4, but for a rotating reel on a tensioning thread. In the middle part of the hub 22 a cavity 23 is formed in which a transverse pin 24 is injected, over which the tensioned thread 25 is then passed, which is anchored by soldering the discharge line 26.
The rotating frames with insulating hubs according to the described structural arrangement and technological production method are distinguished by a number of advantages compared to the rotating coils that have been produced continuously up to now. In their manufacture, the amount of work is significantly reduced and it is possible to achieve better concentricity, more precise dimensions and a higher quality surface of the frame. All of these advantages stand out in particular in the construction according to FIG. 1, in which the entire frame is also given an unusual mechanical strength and this even without an aluminum skeleton. In this way, a perfect resistance and resistance of the moving coil under tropical conditions is achieved.
