Ren ends are hinged to the suspension point 63 and hinged to a right-angled rod 68 at their lower ends.
The rod 68 is connected to the end 69 of a tubular beam 70. This connection is stiffened by a rod 71. A chain 72 extends from the suspension point 63 of the lifting device to a hook 73 provided on the beam 70. Six two-part sleeves 74 and 75 are clamped onto the beam 70, the four sleeves 74 being equidistant from one another. The spacing between the sleeves 74 and 75 can be changed, if desired, by simply loosening the sleeves and re-clamping them at different locations along the beam. The sleeves 74 and 75 carry short arms 76 and 77, which are horizontal and parallel to one another. The arms 76 are facing away from the tractor, the arms 77 facing the tractor.
Each of the arms has at its end an articulated connection 78 with an articulated axis 79, about which the plane of each calculating wheel can be adjusted with respect to the frame. The connections 78 can be introduced into at least one of the layers

a pin 80 to avoid being stuck in one of a number of holes 81 to prevent the interconnected parts from rotating about axis 79. The articulated connections 78 on the arms 76 and 77 connect the arms to horizontal stub axles 82 and 83, respectively. Calculating wheels 84 are rotatably mounted on the stub axles 82.
In the position shown in Figure 2 is on two of the stub axles 82, u. betw. mostly on the one located near the tractor and on each of the stub axles 83 a calculating wheel 84 is attached.
In the working position shown in Fig. 1, the device forms a side rake, whereas in the working position shown in Fig. 2 the device forms a swath turner. The device can also be converted into a working position as a swath turner, in that the two inner sleeves 74 are moved further apart, or the two rear sleeves 74 are moved away from the tractor and the two front sleeves 74 are moved towards the tractor.
Two short tubes 87 carrying a rod 88 extend obliquely upward and are connected to the beam 70 at points 85 and 86. A beam 89 with pin-like ends 90 and 91 is attached to the rod 88. Two short arms 92 are mounted on the beam 70 near points 85 and 86.
When the device is to be transferred from the position indicated in FIG. 1 to the position shown in FIG. the attachment member is released from the tractor 60 and the frame reversed. The pins 90 and 91 are then connected in an articulated manner to the suspension points 61 and 62 and the arms 92 to the suspension point 63. By adjusting the articulated connections 78, the position of the computing members relative to one another in each of the three working positions according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 can be adjusted. The swath turner can be adjusted to the distance between the swaths by moving the bushings 75 along the beam 70.
In the working positions shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, support members provided with shoes 93 are placed on the ends of some of the stub axles 82 and 83 carrying the computing wheels 84.
In the inFig. 3, the rake wheels 84 assume almost the same position with respect to the frame as in the inFig. 1, however, the support members with the shoes 93 are pivoted through 1800 with respect to their respective axes 82, so that the shoes 93 also rest on the floor in this working position.
In the work situation according to Fig. 2 a support member is seated on one of the stub axles 83 and “one on one of the stub axles 82.
