Karre zum Transport und zur Montage von Radiatoren
Bei der Montage von Radiatoren, insbesondere Gussradiatoren, erfordert das Aufsetzen der Heizkörper auf die in die Wand eingelassenen Konsolen einen erheblichen Kraftaufwand. Das Gewicht der Radiatoren erschwert zudem den Transport der Heizkörper auf der Baustelle ganz ungemein. Bisher sind keine zweckmässigen Hilfsmittel bekannt, die sowohl Transport als auch Montage in befriedigender Weise erleichtern.
Dem wird durch die Karre gemäss der Erfindung abgeholfen. Die Karre besitzt in bei solchen Karren bekannter Weise zwei miteinander verbundene Längsholme, an denen oben Handgriffe und unten ein Radpaar sowie nach vorne ausragende Tragarme angebracht sind. Die besondere Eignung für den Transport und die Montage von Radiatoren ist dadurch erreicht, dass die Tragarme die Form von nach vorne offenen Kreisbogenstücken befinden. welche am unteren Ende in tangentiale Endstücke übergehen, die in zu den Holmen annähernd senkiechter Richtung nach vorne ragen. Der Radius der Kreisbogenstücke ist vorzugsweise etwa doppelt so gross wie jener einer Radiatornabe üblicher Bauart.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend an Hand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Vorderansicht einer solchen Karre, während Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht darstellt, in der ein aufgeladener Radiator gestrichelt angedeutet ist.
Die Karre besteht aus zwei parallelen Längsholmen 3, die am einen Ende Handgriff 5 und am andern Ende ein Radpaar 7 tragen sowie durch einen U-förmigen Bügel, der oben an der gleichen Seite wie die Räder ausragt, miteinander verbunden sind. Gegenüber dem Radpaar sind an die Holmenden Streben 4 angesetzt, an denen nach vorne offene Kreisbogenstücke 2 befestigt sind, die am unteren Ende in tangentiale Endstücke 8 übergehen, die in der aufrechten Lage der Holme parallel zum Boden liegend auf diesem aufruhen.
Der zu transportierende und montierende Radiator l liegt mit seiner unteren Nabe in den Kreisbogenstücken 2 und mit seiner Vorderseite auf den Holmen 3 der Transportkarre. Bei der Montage eines auf der Karre transportierenden Radiators schwenkt man die Karre mittels der Handgriffe in seine solche Lage, dass die Radiatornabe in die Konsolenhöhe gelangt, fährt dann ganz an die Konsolen heran und braucht dann den Radiator nur in die lotrechte Endlage zu verschwenken. Bei der Demontage geht man in umgekehrter Weise vor, wobei man durch Verschwenkung der Karre den Radiator von den Konsolen abheben kann.
Der Bügel 6 dient zum Abstellen der beladenen Karre in waagrechter Lage der Holme 3. Durch Aufsetzen eines Fusses des Bedienungsmannes auf den Bügel 6 ist es möglich, eine Rutschgefai1r weitgehend auszuschalten.

Cart for transporting and assembling radiators
When installing radiators, especially cast radiators, placing the radiators on the brackets embedded in the wall requires considerable effort. The weight of the radiators also makes it extremely difficult to transport the radiators on the construction site. So far, no appropriate aids are known that facilitate both transport and assembly in a satisfactory manner.
This is remedied by the cart according to the invention. The cart has, in a manner known from such carts, two longitudinal spars connected to one another, on which handles are attached at the top and a pair of wheels and support arms protruding to the front are attached to the bottom. The particular suitability for the transport and installation of radiators is achieved by the fact that the support arms are in the form of circular arcs that are open to the front. which merge at the lower end into tangential end pieces that protrude forward in an approximately perpendicular direction to the spars. The radius of the circular arc pieces is preferably about twice as large as that of a conventional radiator hub.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows the front view of such a cart, while Fig. 2 shows a side view in which a charged radiator is indicated by dashed lines.
The cart consists of two parallel longitudinal spars 3, which carry handle 5 at one end and a pair of wheels 7 at the other end and are connected to one another by a U-shaped bracket that protrudes from the top on the same side as the wheels. Opposite the pair of wheels struts 4 are attached to the spar ends, to which forwardly open circular arc pieces 2 are attached, which merge at the lower end into tangential end pieces 8, which rest on this lying parallel to the ground in the upright position of the spars.
The radiator 1 to be transported and installed lies with its lower hub in the circular arc pieces 2 and with its front side on the bars 3 of the transport cart. When assembling a radiator to be transported on the cart, the cart is swiveled into its position using the handles so that the radiator hub reaches the console height, then moves right up to the consoles and then only needs to swivel the radiator into the vertical end position. When dismantling, proceed in the opposite way, whereby you can lift the radiator from the consoles by swiveling the cart.
The bracket 6 is used to park the loaded cart in the horizontal position of the bars 3. By placing a foot of the operator on the bracket 6, it is possible to largely switch off a slide.
