the arrows 10 to push against the area 9. There is no longer hard, but loosened snow that has already been partially sucked away and transported away by the throwing wheels i! t, so that its surface adjusts to the inclined line 9a, which in Fig. 2 delimits the area of the loosened snow upwards. If the pre-cutter 8 were not present, the surfaces 5 would have to force the entire area 13 of the hard snow together onto the working surface 2 of the throwing wheel, for which a significantly greater feed force is required.
In order to loosen up the largest possible area of the hard snow 13, the diameter of the precutter 8 is expediently made so large that it reaches up to the straight boundaries of the clearing profile of the machine. This is indicated in FIG. 1 by the dashed circle 14 and in FIG. 2 by the area 14. But it can also be made smaller.
The arms of the precutter are expediently made sword-like and thin in the feed direction 7. You get a cutting edge with the cutting angle from the outer end against the throwing wheel shaft. 1 to-

Such combinations of guide surfaces and spurs can also be arranged in this way in the upper area of the broaching profile. be that they enlarge this upwards. Then greater depths of snow can be cleared than corresponds to the throwing wheels. In FIG. 7, this is recorded as an example in a front view. There 1 are again the throwing wheel shafts and the circles 14 are the working profiles of the rear
Pre-cutter 8.
Shafts 29 are designated which lie parallel to the throwing wheel shafts and which have front spurs 30 at their front end which machine the circular surfaces 31. The loosened by these front cutters 30 falls into the space 32 between the rear
Pre-cutters 8 and the throwing wheels 2 are present. This is shown from the side in FIG. 2, the front spurs 30 lying in front of the rear spurs 8, for example in the reaming direction 7.
The arrow 33 indicates how the snow loosened by the front cutters 30 reaches the throwing wheels. The working profiles 14 of the rear pre-cutters 8 and those of the front pre-cutters 30 can coincide in any way. The latter are conveniently placed in any number so that. that they edit the gussets 3 and 4 in the upper part of the clearing profile.
The illustrated embodiments can be seen throughout the cutters in at least two groups, u. between a rear group and one or more front groups. Pre-cutters 19 from the front group or from front groups are advantageously arranged coaxially with pre-cutters 8 from the rear group. In all groups, spurs 8,30 can be arranged on axes that are parallel to one another.
Within the clearing profile enlarged by the guide plates, rotating release devices can also be provided for themselves within the scope of the invention.
The idea of the invention can also be applied to those snow blowers whose throwing wheels are not covered around the sides. In the clad part, the guide plates 5 can then be arranged in the region of the throwing wheel depth, as FIG. 6 shows. They then lead the snow captured by them to the circumference 26 of the throwing wheel.
PATENT CLAIMS:. 1.Snow clearing machine with propeller-like spurs in front of throwing wheels, the axes of which are approximately parallel to the roadway and the feed direction and whose circular working profiles are supplemented by guide plates pulled forward like a plow to form a larger clearing profile, characterized in that the cutting edges of the propellers of the spurs (8, 19 , 30) describe areas in operation that lie in the clearing direction (7) in front of the foremost end (12) of the guide plates (5) which frame the throwing wheels (2) and which are inclined to the feed direction and whose lower part immediately removes the snow from the roadway.
