  Jauchepumpe

Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach Linie 11-11 der Fig. 1.

  Slurry pump
The invention relates to a liquid manure pump with a riser pipe which is immersed in the pit and which is located at the lower end of the conveying member driven in rotation.

The known pumps of this type consistently have the disadvantage that the fibrous components contained in the liquid manure can lay against the rotating shaft and wind up on it, which soon leads to a blockage of the flow channels in question and a rapid reduction in the delivery rate.

In the liquid manure pump forming the subject of the invention, this disadvantage is effectively prevented.

According to the invention, this is achieved in that the conveying element attached to the lowest end of the pipe has the shape of a helically wound channel profile.

An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Fig. 1 shows the lowest part of the delivery pipe to be immersed in the cesspool and the
FIG. 2 shows a cross section along line 11-11 of FIG. 1.

An S-shaped curved pipe piece 3 is connected to the pipe 1 to be immersed in the cesspool by means of flanges 2 and has a cast-on bearing 4 in which the vertical drive shaft 6 is supported by means of a bearing bush 5. Immediately to the lower end of the shaft 6 and to the
Pipe 3 protruding extension 4 'of the bearing sleeve 4 then the conveyor element 7 is attached, which consists of a trough-shaped body which is steeply helical with the trough open towards the axis and has a total of approximately 1 + 1/2 screw threads. With the lower end that lies
The conveying element is still inside the tube 7 and its envelope cylinder is only slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the tube 3.

When this conveyor element rotates, the liquid manure penetrating into the pipe 3, together with the solids it contains, is conveyed upwards and passes through the gentle kinks of the S-shaped bent pipe 3 into the riser pipe 1. There is no point here where fibrous solids could wrap around a rotating member, because the stationary extension 4 'of the bearing body 4 directly adjoins the upper end of the conveying member and only the conveying member 7 is located below this bearing body which is rotating. generates a lifting effect. The channel profile 7 gives a significantly better scooping effect than if it were a profile with a flat cross-section.

    PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Liquid manure pump with a pipe containing the rotatingly driven conveying element and plunging into the cesspool, characterized in that the conveying element (7) has the shape of a helically wound channel profile which is located entirely or predominantly in the lowest part of the tube.
