Description

 EMI1.1

Process for the mass production of bags, pouches, etc. from paper or the like
Material.

So far, paper bags, either by gluing or corrugating paper webs together, have only been made individually, i.e. H. Piece by piece specially made and provided with a print.

The present process is intended to enable the mass production of paper) items with the lowest possible cost by winding two superimposed strips of paper as long as possible onto a roll and corrugating them in the longitudinal and cross directions either during winding or during unwinding that the parts delimited by the corrugation, appropriately separated from one another, form finished bags that can be printed at the same time before they are separated from one another, i.e. in certain groups.
 EMI1.1

The two layers of paper a, b lying on top of one another are allowed to pass between corrugated rollers of a known type

where the upper layer er receives impressions A and the lower layer b impressions c. By engaging the impressions / i in the impressions c, the two layers of paper are connected to one another in a known manner in the dense succession of impressions, so that they adhere firmly to one another and not separate from one another without violence.

In the double arch according to FIG. 1, the corrugation has taken place in the lines k; i are the dividing lines in which you have to cut the double sheet in order to immediately
