   Drahtbügel-Flaschenverschluss. 



   Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein Drahtbügel-Flaschenverschluss, bei welchem der von einem U-förmig gebogenen Bügel getragene Pfropfen mittels eines am Flaschenhälse drehbar befestigten   Kniehebelunterbügels   in den Flaschenhals gepresst wird. 



   Der Flaschenverschluss konnzeichnet sich nun dadurch, dass der Kniehebelungterbügel in der Mitte des den Flaschenhals umfassenden, kreisförmig gebogenen Teiles zu einer   schleifenförmigen   Windung ausgebildet ist. 



   Diese Ausbildung unterscheidet sich ihrer Wirkung nach von den bereits bekannten Ausbildungen solcher oder ähnlicher Bügel zu Ausbiegungen (Kröpfungen) dadurch, dass die   schleifenförmige   Windung dem Bügel eine höhere Spannkraft verleiht und ihm dieselbe auch im Gebrauche   erhält, während   eine einfache Ausbiegung sich im Gebrauche ausdehnt und ausgleicht und so unwirksam wird.

   The subject matter of the present invention is a wire swivel bottle closure, in which the stopper carried by a U-shaped bent hanger is pressed into the bottle neck by means of a toggle lever bracket that is rotatably attached to the bottle neck.



   The bottle cap is now characterized in that the toggle lever bracket is formed into a loop-shaped turn in the center of the circularly curved part surrounding the bottle neck.



   This design differs in its effect from the already known designs of such or similar brackets to form bends (crankings) in that the loop-shaped winding gives the bracket a higher tension and maintains the same in use, while a simple bend expands and compensates and thus becomes ineffective.
