gerateten Zustand auf das Auge (2) zu und läuft zu einer Spitze oder Schneide (5) aus. Am Übergang in die Spitzen- oder Schneidenform ist das Bügelende mit einem Loch (6) versehen.
Die Länge des Bügels ist derart bemessen, dass beim Einbiegen des freien Bügelendes (5) gegen die Lasche (3) zu das Loch (6) vor den Zapfen (4) gelangt und der eingebogene Bügelabschnitt auf den Zapfen (4) aufgeschoben werden kann, wie die Fig. (4) zeigt. Ein derart geschlossener Bügel bildet trotz seiner feingliedrigen Herstellung aus Kunststoff einen äusserst kräftigen Aufhänger auch für schwere Vorhänge.
In das Auge (2) wird eine vorteilhafterweise ebenfalls aus Kunststoff hergestellte zweiteilige Laufrolle eingesetzt. Diese besteht aus einer halbkugeligen Rollenhälfte (7) mit einer Stockachse (8,8a) und einer Rollenhälfte (7a) mit einem Steckloch (9).
Nach dem Einsetzen des Steckachsenteiles (7,8, 8a) in das Auge (2) wird auf den überstehenden Achszapfen (8a) die Rollenhälfte (7a) aufgepresst.
An Stelle einer Rolle kann man am Bügel auch einen Gleitkörper anbringen oder überhaupt an Stelle eines Auges von vornherein einen Gleitkörper mit dem Bügel aus einem Stück formen. Der Erfindungsgedanke ist auch dann noch erfüllt, wenn man den Zapfen (4) durch ein in der Lasche (3) steckendes Drahtstückchen bildet und in das Auge (2) die handelsüblichen Metallrollen einsetzt. Es bestehen dann immer noch die Vorteile einer geräuscharmen Lagerung der Rolle im Kunststofflagerauge des Anhängers und die Vorzüge des Kunststoffbügels, wie eingangs erwähnt.
Als Werkstoff für den Bügel verwendet man zweckmässig einen gut federnden Kunststoff, z. B. aus einer Mischung von Umsetzungsprodukten von vorwiegend auf linearen aliphatischen Komponenten aufgebauten Polyestern mit Bi- und Polyisozyanaten bzw. linearen Polykondensations-oder Polyadditions- produkten mit unvernetzter oder auch vernetzter Struktur, wie Polyamid oder Polyurethan, unter anderem Nylon.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Roll- oder Gleitaufhänger aus Kunststoff, insbesondere für Schleudergardinen und-vorhänge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in von den Drahtaufhängern her bekannter Weise ein von einem Aufhängerauge- oder-kopf (2) zunächst nach unten ragender und wieder gegen das Auge zu umkehrender Bügel (1) an oder nahe seinem freien, auglosen Ende (5) mit Hilfe einer Loch- und Zapfenverbindung (4,6) an einer vom Aufhängerauge abragenden Lasche (3) in Schliesslage gehalten wird.

Instead of a roller, a sliding body can also be attached to the bracket or, instead of an eye, a sliding body can be formed from one piece with the bracket from the start.
