Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>

The invention relates to an electronic device for preventing snoring.
Surgical interventions, medical drops and mechanical mouth clips are currently known for preventing snoring. - However, the currently known options are not a satisfactory solution.
The invention has for its object to provide a compact electronic device by appropriate design that not only prevents snoring by sending certain acoustic signals, but also help the person in question in the subconscious to a new breathing technique.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that an electronic device is implemented which essentially consists of the following components: the control electronics, consisting of the signal analysis, the processor with program memory, the signal output and the power supply, as peripherals at the input the microphone and at the output the speaker.
The snoring tones are recorded via a microphone and recorded in the signal analysis. The output signals programmed in the program memory are acoustically passed on to the snorer via the signal output and the loudspeaker via a processor.
These special acoustic signals, such as "pst pst-pst -...", are then intended to prevent snoring in the person concerned.
The invention is described in more detail below by way of example with reference to the figure.
In the control electronics 1, the snoring tones are recorded via the microphone 2 and analyzed via the signal analysis 3. The acoustic signals defined in the program memory 5 are passed on via the processor 4 via the signal output 6 and the loudspeaker 7.
The control electronics 1 are supplied with power via the power supply 8.
