  Beschaufelung für Bohrturbinen
 EMI1.1

  Blading for drilling turbines
 EMI1.1
von B, ohrturbinen.die use of the plastic for the turbine wheels of the machines mentioned is based solely on its properties as a material that can be processed easily and cheaply.

Turbine blades designed according to the invention have the advantages in drilling turbines that they allow very smooth surfaces to be produced without difficulty and that they behave more advantageously than steel and cast iron with respect to the working fluid. In terms of their wettability and the other physical surface forces (cohesion), plastics have much more favorable properties than steel. The turbine blades are not only made of this material as smooth as a mirror, they also have properties that greatly reduce the coefficient of friction. Tests have shown that the previous drilling turbine efficiencies, which were around 50-60 "/ o, have increased to 70% and more with blades made of plastic.

The tests have also shown that these plastics are completely sufficient in terms of their strength properties to make turbines of this type without major deviations from the previous blade shape! to build.
