Aus zusammenlegbaren Seitenwandteilen bestehender
Aufsatz für Lastentragplatten
Das Stammpatent betrifft einen aus zusammenlegbaren Seitenwandteilen bestehenden Aufsatz für
Lastentragplatten, sogenannte Paletten, mittels dessen eine solche flache Lastentragplatte in einen kistenanigên Transportbehälter, Boxpalette, verwandelt werden kann, wobei gemäss clssm Stammpatent die längs ihrer lotrechten Seitenkanten mitsammen verbundenen bzw. verbindbaren Seitenwandteile an ihrer Unterseite, vorzugsweise im Bereich ihrer Ecken, mit dem Flächenmass der Lastentragplatte ent- sprechend angeordneten, über deren Seitenkanten aussen aufschiebbaren Fortsätzen versehen sind.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verbesserung dieses Aufsatzes und setzt es sich zum Ziel, ein Minimum an Eigengewicht des Aufsatzes mit einem Maximum an Widerstandsfestigkeit zu vereinen und dadurch eine besonders rationelle Lagerhaltung, einen wirtschaftlichen Einsatz und eine ökonomi- sche Verwendung solcher Aufsätze bei geringsten Anschaffungskosten zu gewährleisten.
Erfindungsgemäss wird vorgeschlagen, die längs ihrer lotrechten Seitenkanten verbundenen bzw. verbindbaren Seitenwände einscherbar zu gestalten. Im Rahmen der Erfindung können alle vier Seiten- wände einscherbar ausgebildet sein, bevorzugt sind aber zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände starr mit den längs, der Seitenkanten der Seitenwände angeordneten Winkelprofilen verbunden und nur die beiden benachbarten Seitenwände sind, vorzugsweise um ein im Bereich der Längsmitte angeordnetes'Gelenk, einscherbar ausgebildet.
Gemäss einem weiteren Erfindungsmerkmal können die jeweils einscherbaren Seitenwände von Streben gebildet werden und die beiden Teile dieser einscherbaren Streben können verschieden grosse, ineinanderpassende U-Profile aufweisen, wobei ein Teil der Strebe im Bereich des Gelenkes in das Innere des andern Teiles zu liegen kommt und der letztere Teil den ersteren übergreift. Hiebei können Fixierungsmittel, z. B. in korrespondierende Löcher beider Strebenteile einsteckbare Bügel, vorgesehen sein, um die beiden gelenkig mitsammen verbundenen Teile der Streben in ausgescherter, gestreckter Lage festzuhalten.
Schliesslich können - wie beim Stammpatent - auch noch verschiedenerlei Verriegelungsorgane vorgesehen sein, um die Unterseite des Aufsatzes mit der Transportplatte selbst lösbar zu verbinden. Beispielsweise können diese Verriegelungsorgane aus je einer mit einem Stift versehenen, am unteren, die Ecke der Lastentragplatte aussen umfassenden Ende des Winkelprofiles angeordneten Blattfeder bestehen, wobei dieser Stift durch eine Ausnehmung in einem Flansch des Winkelprofiles einführbar und in der Transportplatte verankerbar ist.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind anschliessend an Hand der Zeichnungen erläutert, welche ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung veranschaulichen. Fig. 1 dieser Zeichnungen zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Aufsatzes samt der darunterbefindlichen Lastentragplatte, die Fig. 2 und 3 stellen die Gelenkverbindung einer einscherbaren Seitenwandstrebe in verriegeltem und eingescherten Zustand dar, die Fig. 4 betrifft die Verriegelung des unteren Endes eines Winkelprofiles im Holz der Transportplatte und die Fig. 5 schliesslich zeigt den Aufsatz in teilweise eingeschertem Zustand perspek- tivisch.
Gemäss Fig. 1 besteht der zusammenklappbare Aufsatz aus den vier Winkelprofilen 12 als Eckpfosten,

von denen je zwei starr mittels profilierter Streben 17 bzw. 19 zu einem Rahmen verbunden sind. Diese einen Rahmen bildenden Pfosten und Streben können durch Füllungen aus Textilien, Holz usw. auch zu flächigen Seitenwandteilen ergänzt werden.
Die beiden andern Seitenwandteile werden von einscherbaren Streben 14 gebildet, welche zu diesem
Zweck etwa in ihrer Längsmitte mit einem Gelenk ausgestattet sind.
Die Lastentragplatte 1 setzt sich in bekannter Weise aus dem Boden 2, den Distanzklötzen 3 und den
Längsbohlen 4 zusammen.
Die Verbindungsstreben 14 und 17 bzw. 19 sind an den Winkelprofilen 12 mittels der Gelenke 9 so tief angelenkt, dass die Winkelprofile aufwärts austagen und bei Stapelung mehrerer mit Aufsätzen versehener Boxpaletten die nächsthöhere, aufruhende Lastentragplatte aussen umfassenundinihretlefisieren,
Die einscherbaren Streben 14 bestehen jeweils, wie die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen, aus zwei Teilen, diein
Strebenmitte durch einen Bolzen 26 miteinander und an ihren Enden mit den Winkelprofilen 12 gelenkig verbunden sind.
Beide Teile werden von U-Profilen gebildet, die ineinanderpassen, wobei einProfil das andere übergreift und beide Profile in Strecklage (Fig. 3) durch den Bügel 28 fixiert werden können, in- dem dieser federnd befestigte Bügel in die korrespondierenden Löcher 27 der Strebenteile eingeführt wird,
Selbstverständlich kann das Einscheren der Seitenwände auch in einer vertikalen Ebene erfolgen ; die dar- gestellte Variante ist nur eine der zahlreichen, im Rahmen der Erfindung offenstehenden Möglichkeiten.
Eine beispielsweise lösbare Verbindung des Aufsatzes mit der Lastentragplatte 1 ist in Fig. 4 veranschaulicht, wobei an dem unteren Ende eines Winkelprofiles 12 eine Blattfeder 5 mit Stift 6 angeordnet ist und wobei dieser Stift 6 durch eine im Schenkelende befindliche Bohrung in den Distanzklotz 3 der
Lastentragplatte 1 eingeschlagen und wieder aus demselben herausgezogen werden kann ; eine besondere Haltevorrichtung für den Aufsatz kann hiedurch erübrigt werden.
Die zur Ausfachung der Seitenwände dienenden Streben 22 können beispielsweise stumpfwinkelig, rohrförmig oder ähnlich profiliert sein, um dem Aufsatz grössere Stabilität zu verleihen.
Selbstverständlich ist die Erfindung in keiner Weise auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt, vielmehr sind im Rahmen der Erfindung weitere Ausführungsvarianten möglich, ohne vom Grundgedanken der Erfindung abzuweichen.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Aufsatz für Lastentragplatten (Paletten) nach Patent Nr. 197270, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die längs ihrer lotrechten Seitenkanten verbundenen bzw. verbindbaren Seitenwände einscherbar ausgebildet sind.

The present invention relates to an improvement of this attachment and sets itself the goal of combining a minimum of dead weight of the attachment with a maximum of resistance and thus particularly efficient storage, economical use and economical use of such attachments at the lowest possible cost guarantee.
According to the invention, it is proposed that the side walls which are connected or connectable along their vertical side edges are designed to be shearable. Within the scope of the invention, all four side walls can be designed so that they can be sheared, but preferably two opposite side walls are rigidly connected to the angular profiles arranged along the side edges of the side walls and only the two adjacent side walls are, preferably around a joint arranged in the longitudinal center , trained to be shearable.
