Abstract

Die Erfindung betriff ein neuartiges Schneidebrett, welches eine Echtholzschneidefläche aufweist und dennoch intensiv gereinigt (z.B. im Geschirrspüler) werden kann. Dazu wird eine dünne „Echtholznutzplatte" für die Schneidearbeit auf einer dickeren und formstabilen Trägerplatte befestigt. Bevor die „Echtholznutzplatte" intensiv gereinigt wird (z.B. im Geschirrspüler) wird sie von der Trägerplatte abgenommen. Die „Echtholznutzplatte" wird sich durch die Reinigungsvorgänge verformen, da sie nur sehr dünn ist wird sie durch die Befestigung auf der darunter liegenden "Trägerplatte" wieder geradegebogen. Die „Echtholznutzplatte" ist als Verschleißteil konzipiert. Wenn sie durch Gebrauch und Reinigungen rissig, unansehnlich oder unhygienisch geworden ist, wird sie ausgetauscht.
