   Rotierende Formtrommel für Brikettpressen. 



   Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine rotierende Formtrommel für Brikettpressen, welche von einer feststehenden Scheibe senkrecht zu deren Achse in zwei Teile geteilt wird, so dass in einer Formzelle gleichzeitig zwei Brikette gepresst werden. 



   In der Zeichnung stellt a die Formtrommel dar. Dieselbe ist durch einen Einschnitt, senkrecht zu ihrer Achse, in welchem eine stillstehende Metallscheibe b angeordnet ist, geteilt. Die Scheibe ist bei x und y mit den Zellen entsprechend gestalteten Öffnungen versehen, so dass bei dem jeweiligen Stillstand der absatzweise rotierenden Formtrommel die Öffnungen in der Metallsch6ibe eine Verbindung der beiden Teile der Zelle herstellen und dadurch eine einzige Pressöffnung gebildet wird, während bei z die Zelle durch die volle   Metallscheibt   geteilt bleibt. 



   Der Arbeitsvorgang ist folgender :
Die bei y durch den Stopfer c in die Formzelle gebrachte Füllung wird durch die Rotation der Formtrommel von der stillstehenden Metallscheibe b durchschnitten und gelangt so nach der Stelle z, woselbst die Füllung durch zwei gegeneinander arbeitende Pressstempel d zu zwei einzelnen Briketten e gepresst wird. 



   Bei der weiteren Bewegung der Formtrommel gelangen diese zwei Brikette nach der Stelle x und werden hier zusammen durch den    Ausstosser f ausgestossen.

   The subject of the invention is a rotating molding drum for briquette presses, which is divided into two parts by a stationary disk perpendicular to its axis, so that two briquettes are pressed simultaneously in one molding cell.



   In the drawing, a represents the forming drum. It is divided by a cut, perpendicular to its axis, in which a stationary metal disc b is arranged. At x and y, the disk is provided with openings corresponding to the cells, so that when the intermittently rotating molding drum is at a standstill, the openings in the metal disk establish a connection between the two parts of the cell and thereby form a single press opening, while at z the Cell remains divided by the full metal disk.



   The process is as follows:
The filling brought into the mold cell by the pusher c at y is cut by the stationary metal disk b by the rotation of the molding drum and thus reaches the point z, where the filling is pressed into two individual briquettes e by two rams d working against one another.



   As the forming drum continues to move, these two briquettes reach point x and are ejected here together by the ejector f.
