Den Gegenstand der Anmeldung betrifft eine
Kupplungsvorrichtung für durch Elektromotoren betriebene Haushaltungsmaschinen, bei welchen die Kupplungsteile von sich übereinander schiebenden Schutzgehäusen umschlossen sind.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass das sich auf- schiebende Schutzgehäuse fingerförmige, mit
Nuten versehene, keilförmig abgeschrägte Fort- sätze aufweist, die beim Überschieben in seitliche
Aussparungen am Gegengehäuse eindringend, dieses vor Verdrehung sichern und durch am
Gegengehäuse angeordnete, unter Federwirkung stehende doppelarmige, in Nuten der Fortsätze selbsttätig einfallende Sperrhebel die Kupplungsteile in ihrer Schlusslage fixieren.
In der Zeichnung ist die Kupplungsvorrichtung dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 eine Stirnansicht des an der Motor-bzw. Getriebewelle angeordneten Kupplungsstückes, Fig. 2 stellt einen Schnitt nach der Linie c-d der Fig. 1 dar, Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie a-b der Fig. 1, Fig. 4 einen Vertikalschnitt des Kupplungsstückes und Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 4.
An der Motor-bzw. Getriebewelle it das Kupplungsstück A befestigt. Es weist ein kreuzweise geschlitztes Maul auf, das an der Einführungsöffnung durch eine stirnseitig angebrachte Abschrägung erweitert, ein leichtes Einführen des Kupplungsstückes L ermöglicht.
Beide Kupplungsstücke A und L sind zur Vermeidung von Verletzungen von Schutzgehäusen B und G umschlossen. Am Schutzgehäuse G sind seitlich fingerförmige Fortsätze Hund H1 angeordnet, die stirnseitig keilförmig abgeschrägt und mit Nuten 0, 01 versehen sind. Das Schutzgehäuse B weist seitliche Aussparungen R, R1 auf und weiters zwei zweiarmige Hebel S und i, die unter Wirkung von Federn N stehen. Die
Arme Kund K1 dieser Hebel dienen zur Aus- lösung der Kupplung. Beim Kuppeln schieben sich die Schutzgehäuse B und G übereinander, wobei die Fortsätze H und H1 in die seitlichen
Aussparungen Rund R1 am Gehäuse B eindringen, das Gehäuse G vor Verdrehung sichernd.
Gleich- zeitig fallen beim Kuppeln die Sperrhebel S und S1 in die Nuten 0 und 01 der Fortsätze H, H1 selbsttätig ein und fixieren die Kupplungsteile in ihrer Schlusslage.
Die beschriebene Kupplungsvorrichtung er- möglicht beim Aufeinandertreffen der Kupplungsteile nicht nur ein leichtes und müheloses Kuppeln ohne jeden weiteren Handgriff, wie z. B. Verdrehen irgendwelcher Teile, sondern auch ohne Anstrengung das Einführen und den Zusammenschluss der Kupplungsteile.
