Locheisen
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Locheisen, welches mit dem Griff auswechselbar verbunden ist und einen auswechselbaren Ausstosser aufweist.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Ausstosser am abnehmbaren Griff auswechselbar befestigt und seine Lage gegenüber der Locheisenschneide, z. B. mittels eines Schraubenbolzens, einstellbar ist.
Der Vorteil gegenüber den Locheisen mit Ausstossern, deren Ausstosslage unverstellbar ist und die in der Ausstosslage nicht über die Locheisenschneide vorragen, besteht darin, dass der Ausstosser so eingestellt werden kann, dass er in der Ausstosslage über die Fläche der Locheisenschneide vorragt, so dass alle gestanzten Werkstücke zur Gänze ausgeworfen werden. Beim Nachschleifen der Locheisenschneide wird das Locheisen kürzer. Der Ausstosser kann entsprechend dieser Verkürzung mittels der ihn tragenden Schraube wieder so eingestellt werden, dass er in der Ausstosslage über die Locheisenschneide vorragt. Es können ferner Locheisen verschiedenen Schneidendurchmessers auf den Griff aufgeschraubt werden.
Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung beispielsweise dargestellt. Derzufolge ist das Locheisen 1 mit den Schneidrändern l'am Griffe 5 angeschraubt und weist eine Bohrung auf, innerhalb welcher der Ausstosser 2 in Richtung der Griffachse beweglich geführt ist. Der Ausstosser 2, der aus einer Hülse besteht, deren Boden vom Schraubenbolzen 3 durchsetzt ist, findet seine Führung an den Wänden der Bohrung und am Bolzen, der mit seinem unteren Ende im Griff 5 eingeschraubt ist und dessen Kopf als Bewegungsbegrenzung für den Ausstosser 2 wirkt. Eine Spiralfeder 4, die sich einerseits gegen den Ausstosser 2 und anderseits gegen den Griff 5 abstützt, hält den Ausstosser In der dargestellten Lage.
Durch Verstellen des Schraubenbolzens 3 kann der Ausstosser gegenüber der Locheisenschneide eingestellt werden.
Die Vorrichtung wird so wie ein Locheisen benutzt, indem es nut der Locheisenschneide auf das Materialstück aufgesetzt und dann mit einem Hammer in das Materialstück eingeschlagen wird. Beim Eindringen des Schneidenrandes l'in das Material wird der Ausstosser entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 4 in Richtung zum Griffe verschoben und beim Aufheben des Werkzeuges erfolgt unter der Wirkung der Feder 4 ein Rückschnellen des Ausstossers in die dargestellte Lage, wobei das ausgestanzte Werkstück aus dem Locheisen ausgeworfen wird.
