  Verfahren zum Aufspritzen von zähen Flüssigkeiten für Oberflächenbehandlung. 



   Der Gegenstand des Patentes betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufspritzen von zähen Flüssigkeiten für Oberflächenbehandlung, insbesondere von Farben und Lacken auf Gegenstände ohne Vermittlung von Pressluft durch Anwendung von   Farbdrucken   von höchstens 100   atm.   



   Bei allen bisher bekannten Verfahren dieser Art handelt es sich um ein Aufbringen der zähen Flüssigkeit in zusammenhängenden Flüssigkeitsstrahlen und in dicker Auflage auf der zu behandelnden Oberfläche, also z. B. beim Auspichen von Fässern. 



   Für das zerstäubende Aufspritzen von Farben, d. h. also für das Aufbringen der Farbe in winzig kleinen Einzelpartikelchen, die erst auf der zu behandelnden Oberfläche wieder zu einer hauchdünnen Schicht zusammenfliessen, sind die vorbekannten Verfahren nicht verwendbar. Man ist deshalb in diesen Fällen zur Anwendung besonders hoher Drücke übergegangen, die gemäss dem österr. Patent Nr. 150971 oberhalb von 100 alm liegen sollen. 



   Es hat sich jedoch im Verlauf der weiteren Entwicklung gezeigt, dass auch bei Unterschreitung dieser Druckgrenze dann noch brauchbare Zerstäubungsergebnisse erzielt werden, wenn darauf geachtet wird, dass die Geschwindigkeit, mit der die Flüssigkeit durch die Zerstäubungsdüse ausgestossen wird, mindestens 5   mlsek   beträgt.

   The subject of the patent relates to a method for spraying viscous liquids for surface treatment, in particular paints and varnishes, onto objects without the use of compressed air by using color prints of at most 100 atm.



   All previously known methods of this type involve applying the viscous liquid in contiguous jets of liquid and in thick layers on the surface to be treated, e.g. B. when baling barrels.



   For the atomizing spraying of paints, i. H. the previously known methods cannot therefore be used for applying the paint in tiny individual particles that only flow together again to form a wafer-thin layer on the surface to be treated. In these cases, therefore, the use of particularly high pressures has been adopted which, according to Austrian Patent No. 150971, should be above 100 alm.



   In the course of further development, however, it has been shown that even if this pressure limit is not reached, usable atomization results can still be achieved if care is taken that the speed at which the liquid is ejected through the atomization nozzle is at least 5 mlsec.

PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Verfahren zum Aufspritzen von zähen Flüssigkeiten für Oberflächenbehandlung, insbesondere von Farben und Lacken auf Gegenstände ohne Vermittlung von Pressluft durch Anwendung von Farbdrucken von höchstens 100 aim in Einzelstössen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spritzgut mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mindestens 5 mlsek durch eine Zerstäubungsdüse ausgestossen wird. **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**.
