Zusammenklappbare Aufbautrommel für den flachen Autbau von Fahrzeugradreifen.
Die Erfindung bezieht sieh auf zusammenklappbare Aufbautrommeln zur Herstellung von Fahrzeugradreifen und betrifft eine solche Ausführung, die für den flachen Aufbau namentlich solcher Reifen bestimmt ist, die bei verhältnismässig kleinem Wulstringdurchmesser eine grosse Breite in flachem Zustand haben.
Um bei diesen zusammenklappbaren Aufbautrommeln das Abnehmen der Reifen durch weitgehendes Einziehen der Mantelteile zu erleichtern, ist erfindungsgemäss das aus einem oder mehreren Teilen bestehende Schlussstiick des Trommelmantels parallel der Drehachse der Trommel verschiebbar und das gegebenenfalls auch mehrere Teile umfassende Hauptteil des Trommelmantels um eine senkrecht zu dieser Trommelaehse gerichtete und diese kreuzende Achse aus der Drehebene der Trommel ausschwenkbar. Diese Schwenkachse ist hiebei ausserhalb der senkrecht zur Drehachse der Trommel durch die Mitte der Trommel gelegten Ebene, zweckmässig nahe einem Trommelrand angeordnet, so dass das Ausschwenken nicht durch die Trommeldrehachse verhindert ist.
Da die neue Einrichtung vornehmlich zum Aufbau solcher Fahrzeugradreifen bestimmt ist, deren Breite in flachem Zustand etwa 75% des Wulstringdurchmessers beträgt, ist das Mantelsehlussstüek entgegen Federwirkung kippbar, so dass das Sehlussstüek beim Ausschwenken des Hauptmantelteiles dem von den Wulsträndern beschriebenen Bogen folgen kann.
