Electroacoustic apparatus with a light membrane.
The subject matter of the invention is an electroacoustic apparatus with a light membrane, in particular a microphone or telephone, in which the light membrane is assigned a stop, against which the membrane rests when it is overstressed. The invention aims at an improved embodiment of such a stop.
It is known to protect membranes against excessive stress, for example from air vibrations, etc., by intercepting the membranes with a stop when they are overloaded.
This interception happens z. B. in that the attached to the membrane, electrically effective parts, z. B. anchor, electrode, capacitor coating, etc., are intercepted when a certain amount of deflection is exceeded. It is also known to distribute attacks over the entire surface of the membrane. However, these arrangements have the disadvantage that between the distributed stops or the stop, which only intercepts the membrane in its center, and the edge of the membrane, there are points that can be damaged or deformed by air vibrations etc. despite the rest of the other parts being supported . This is a particular risk with lightweight membranes.
The subject matter of the invention avoids these disadvantages in that a joint attached to a housing with the membrane is located between the membrane and the system that influences it

Form the apparatus housing itself, so that it consists of one piece with the housing.
In order to achieve favorable vibration conditions, the stop can be provided with openings for air compensation, which are so small that the areas on the membrane surface that they leave free cannot bend under the influence of the disturbance, but are large enough to ensure favorable resonance conditions .
The object of the invention is described below and shown in the drawing.
