Wärmeschutzhülle für Flaschen od. dgl.
Gegenstand des Stammpatentes ist eine für Flaschen od. dgl. bestimmte Wärmeschutzhülle, deren Hauptmerkmal darin besteht, dass sie der Länge nach geschlitzt und in solcher Weise im ganzen nachgiebig ist, dass sie auf Flaschenkörper, welche in der Grösse voneinander nicht übermässig stark abweichen, aufgeschoben werden kann.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine weitere Verbesserung und Ausbildung des
Gegenstandes des Stammpatentes und besteht darin, dass der zur Erreichung des Erfindungszweckes notwendige Schlitz durch ein nachgiebiges Mittel von der Art eines Balges überbrückt wird. Auf diese
Weise soll verhindert werden, dass ein unerwünschter Wärmeverlust oder Wärmezustrom durch den
Schlitz hindurch erfolgt, insbesondere dann, wenn der Schlitz beim Aufschieben der Hülle auf eine Flasche etwas grösseren Durchmessers in merklichem Masse klaffen sollte. Insoweit die Schutzhülle gemäss dem Stammpatente mit einer Lederumhüllung versehen ist, kann diese zweckmässig mit dem zur Überbrückung des Schlitzes bestimmten Balg zusammen aus einem Stück gearbeitet sein.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Ebenso wie im Stammpatent zeigt
Fig. 1 eine mit der Schutzhülle versehene Flasche, teilweise im Längsschnitt, und Fig. 2 ist ein Quer- schnitt nach der Linie 2-2 in Fig. 1.
Die Schutzhülle besteht aus einem Mantel 1 aus Filz od. dgl., der bei 2 der Länge nach geschlitzt ist. Oben ist der Mantel der Form der Flasche entsprechend etwas eingezogen. Aussen ist der Filz- mantel mit einem Lederüberzug 3 versehen, der beim Schlitz 2 einen diesen überbrückenden Balg 4 bildet. Es kann jedoch der Balg 4 auch gesondert von dem Lederiiberzug 3 hergestellt sein. Im Inneren des Filzmantels 1 sind Hohlräume 5 zum Einlegen von Troekeneis vorgesehen. Die dem Schlitz zunächst- liegenden Teile des Mantels sind durch Metallstreifen 6 versteift, die mittels Nieten 7 mit dem Filz- mantel verbunden sind.
Das angeführte Beispiel zeigt eine Schutzhülle ohne besondere Hilfsmittel, die eine Federung der Hülle herbeiführen. Die vorliegende Erfindung, nämlich die Überbrückung des Schlitzes der Hülle mittels eines nachgiebigen Balges od. dgl., ist nicht nur auf den erwähnten Beispielsfall beschränkt, sondern ist auch dann anwendbar, wenn die Hülle mit eingelegten Federn od. dgl. versehen ist, die dazu dienen, den Schlitz möglichst geschlossen zu halten und die Hülle zusammenzupressen.
PATENT-ANSPRUCHE :
1. Wärmeschutzhülle für Flaschen od. dgl. gemäss dem Patente Nr. 153621, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass der Schlitz (2) durch einen nachgiebigen Balg od. dgl. (4) überbrückt ist.

The protective cover consists of a jacket 1 made of felt or the like, which is slit at 2 along its length. At the top, the jacket is slightly drawn in to match the shape of the bottle. On the outside, the felt jacket is provided with a leather cover 3 which, at the slot 2, forms a bellows 4 that bridges it. However, the bellows 4 can also be produced separately from the leather cover 3. In the interior of the felt jacket 1, cavities 5 are provided for inserting dry ice. The parts of the casing which are closest to the slot are stiffened by metal strips 6 which are connected to the felt casing by means of rivets 7.
The example given shows a protective cover without any special aids that cause the cover to spring. The present invention, namely the bridging of the slot in the cover by means of a flexible bellows or the like, is not only limited to the example mentioned, but can also be used when the cover is provided with inserted springs or the like, which for this purpose serve to keep the slot closed as possible and to compress the shell.
