Lackdose mit einstellbarem Verschlussdeckel.
Die Lackdose gemäss der Erfindung ermöglicht es, nach jedem Gebrauch den in der Dose verbleibenden Inhalt derart luftdicht abzuschliessen, dass eine Hautbildung des Lackes od. dgl. verhindert wird. Erreicht wird dieser Verschluss dadurch, dass der Deckel bis auf die Oberfläche des Restinhaltes herabgedrückt werden kann, so dass zwischen Lackoberfläche und Deckel kein Luftraum vorhanden ist und eine Hautbildung des Lackes vermieden wird.
Die in der Zeichnung im Schnitt dargestellte Lackdose besitzt einen inneren Deckel I und einen äusseren Deckel A sowie eine Zwischenlage Z, die aus einer runden Papierseheibe gebildet wird. Die Zwischenlage Z wird mit dem Innendeckel in die Dose hineingedrückt, wobei bei voller Dose der vorstehende Rand der Zwischenlage Z über den Dosenrand umgelegt wird und der Aussendeckel A auf die Dose aufgesetzt wird. Wird nun aus der Dose Lack entnommen, so wird nach beendeter Entnahme der Innendeckel 7 samt der Zwischenlage Z in die Dose hineingepresst, wobei die Zwischenlage Z einen vollkommen dichten Abschluss bewirkt und zugleich ein Festkleben des Innendeckels I der Doseninnenwandung sowie am Inhalt der Dose verhindert.
Nach jedem Gebrauch wird der restliche Inhalt durch Niederdrücken des Innendeckels I samt der Zwischenlage Z bis auf die Lackoberfläche vor Hautbildung geschützt, während der Aussendeckel A nur das Hineinfallen von Staub und Schmutz in das Doseninnere verhindert.
Der mit H bezeichnete Lappen, der am Innendeckel 1 angeordnet ist, dient als Handhabe beim Hineindrücken und Herausziehen des Innendeckel. Einen besonderen Schutz, der besonders für den Transport und die Lagerung bestimmt ist, bildet der über den Aussen deckel A und den oberen Rand der Dose geklebt Streifen K, der durch ein eingelegtes Reissband R leicht entfernt werden kann.

This closure is achieved by the fact that the lid can be pressed down to the surface of the remaining contents, so that there is no air space between the paint surface and the lid and a skin formation on the paint is avoided.
The lacquer can shown in section in the drawing has an inner lid I and an outer lid A and an intermediate layer Z, which is formed from a round disc of paper. The intermediate layer Z is pressed with the inner lid into the can, whereby when the can is full the protruding edge of the intermediate layer Z is folded over the edge of the can and the outer lid A is placed on the can.
