Einsatz für Zigarettendosen u. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine vereinfachte Ausbildung des Einsatzes gemäss dem Stammpatente und besteht im Wesen aus einem an einer der drei freien Dosenkanten längsverschiebbar gelagerten, durch die Deckelbewegung gesteuerten und die Verschwenkung und Krümmung des die Zigarettenhalter tragenden Bügels bewirkenden Organ. Dieses besteht vorzugsweise aus einem auf einer drehbar gelagerten Achse verschiebbaren Rohr, das mittels eines Hebels gelenkig aber unverdrehbar mit dem Deckel verbunden ist. An der drehbaren Achse ist ein Ansatz oder Stift befestigt, der eine schraubenförmige Nut des Rohres und einen Längssehlitz des Bügels durchragt.
An einem Ende des Rohres ist aussen ein Ansatz oder eine Nase ausgebildet, die beim Verschieben des Rohres auf den einen der umgebogenen Schenkel des Bügels drückt und dadurch dessen Krümmung bewirkt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf die mit der Vorrichtung versehene Zigarettendose mit zur Hälfte geöffnetem Deckel ; Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht des unteren Teiles der Dose bei vollständig geöffnetem Deckel ; die Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen Längsschnitte durch die Dose bei halb geöffnetem bzw. vollständig geöffnetem, Deckel und Fig. 5 stellt eine Seitenansicht des Bügels mit den Tragorganen für die Zigaretten dar.
In der Zeichnung ist die Dose mit 1 und der Deckel mit 2 bezeichnet. In der Nähe einer Längskante der Dose ist in Lagern 4 eine Achse. 3 drehbar gelagert, die einen Stift 5 trägt. Auf die Achse 3 ist eine Hülse 11 aufgeschoben, die eine kurze schraubenförmige Nut 12 und an ihrem einen Ende aussen eine Nase 14 trägt. Ein Bügel 6 ist mit seinen abgebogenen, mit Langlöchern versehenen Schenkeln 7 einerseits auf der Achse. 3 und anderseits auf der Hülse 11 drehbar gelagert. Der an der Achse 3 befestigte

des Bügels 6 hindurch. Am Bügel 6 sind mehrere, z. B. zehn U-förmige Tragorgan für die Zigaretten angeordnet, die gemäss dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel, siehe insbesondere Fig. 5, mit dem Bügel aus einem Stück durch Stanzen und nachträgliches Aufbiegen erzeugt sind.
Hiebei ist vorteilhaft der rückwärtige Schenkel 9 dieser Tragorgane länger gehalten als der vordere 8, um ein leichteres Einführen der Zigaretten 10 zu ermöglichen. Am Rohr 11 einerseits und am Deckel 2 anderseits sind Drehlager 15 bzw. 17 ausgebildet, die durch einen Hebel 16 gelenkig verbunden sind (Fig. 3 und 4).
Die Wirkungsweise der Darreichvorrichtung ist kurz folgende : Beim Öffnen des Deckels 2 wird das Rohr 11 auf der Achse 3 durch den Hebel 16 in die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Lage verschoben. Hiedurch wird der durch die schraubenförmige Nut 12 ragende Stift 5 verdreht und der Bügel etwa um einen Winkel von 30bis45O aufwärts geschwenkt. Die Nase 14 des Rohres 11 drückt auf den einen Schenkel 7 des Bügels 6, der hiedurch kreisbogenförmig gekrümmt wird, da er sich mit seinem andern Ende gegen das zugehörige Lager 4 abstützt. Diese Stellung ist aus Fig. 2 zu ersehen, wobei die Zigaretten der Deutlichkeit halber nicht eingezeichnet wurden. Die in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellten Querschnitte zeigen insbesondere die gelenkige Verbindung des Deckels mit dem Rohr 11 in zwei verschiedenen Stellungen.
Der Ansatz oder Stift 5 könnte auch am Rohr 11 ausgebildet sein und mit einer schrägen oder schraubenförmigen Führung des Bügels 6 zusammenwirken. In diesem Falle muss das Rohr 11 auf der Achse 3 zwar längsverschiebbar, jedoch gegen Verdrehung gegenüber der Achse 3 gesichert gelagert sein. Durch Längsverschiebung des Stiftes 5 wird infolge seines Zusammenwirkens mit der Führungsbahn des Bügels 6 dieser nach aufwärts geschwenkt.

Um eine sichere Durchbiegung des Bügels 6 zu gewährleisten, sind seine Schenkel 7 nicht rechtwinkelig abgebogen, sondern unter einem spitzen Winkel (Fig. 1).
Beim Schliessen des Deckels verschiebt sich das Rohr 11 wieder in seine Ausgangsstellung, der Bügel streckt sich durch seine Elastizität wieder gerade, wobei er gleichzeitig in die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Lage zurückgedreht wird.

The rear leg 9 of these support members is advantageously kept longer than the front leg 8 in order to enable the cigarettes 10 to be inserted more easily. Rotary bearings 15 and 17, respectively, are formed on the tube 11 on the one hand and on the cover 2 on the other hand, and are articulated by a lever 16 (FIGS. 3 and 4).
Briefly, the mode of operation of the dispensing device is as follows: When the cover 2 is opened, the tube 11 is displaced on the axis 3 by the lever 16 into the position shown in FIG. As a result, the pin 5 protruding through the helical groove 12 is rotated and the bracket is pivoted upwards by approximately an angle of 30 to 45 °. The nose 14 of the tube 11 presses on one leg 7 of the bracket 6, which is thereby curved in the shape of an arc of a circle, since it is supported with its other end against the associated bearing 4. This position can be seen from FIG. 2, the cigarettes not being shown for the sake of clarity. The cross-sections shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 show in particular the articulated connection of the cover to the tube 11 in two different positions.
The extension or pin 5 could also be formed on the tube 11 and interact with an inclined or helical guide of the bracket 6. In this case, the tube 11 must be mounted on the axis 3 so as to be longitudinally displaceable, but secured against rotation with respect to the axis 3.
