Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Anbringung von Informations- oder Werbematerial an einem Einkaufswagen, bestehend aus einer am Einkaufswagen montierbaren Halterung.
Zweck einer solchen Vorrichtung ist es, mit Hilfe dieser Vorrichtung den Benutzer des Einkaufswagens, d. h. den Kunden in einem Geschäft, über besondere Angebot oder über ein bestimmtes Produkt zu informieren. Der Vorteil gegenüber anderen, im Geschäft aufgestellten Informations- oder Werbeträgern ist, dass sich diese Vorrichtung mit dem Informations- oder Werbematerial im permanenten Gesichtsfeld des Konsumenten befindet.
Es sind bereits Vorrichtungen bekannt, bei denen eine, das Informations- oder Werbematerial tragende Tafel an einer der meist als Gitter ausgebildeten Wände des Warenkorbes des Einkaufswagens befestigt ist. Diese bekannte Vorrichtung hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass beim Füllen des Korbes mit Waren die Tafel verdeckt wird und daher keine Werbeinformation mehr übermittelt werden kann. Ausserdem befinden sich die Wände des Korbes auf einer Höhe, die nicht im unmittelbaren Gesichtsfeld des Kunden liegt. Ferner hat diese Art der Anbringung den Nachteil, dass die Information nur entweder dem Benutzer des Einkaufswagens oder den übrigen Kunden des Geschäftes zugänglich ist, je nachdem ob sie innen oder aussen am Korb des Einkaufswagens montiert ist.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine am Einkaufswagen montierbare Halterung zu finden, die Information und Werbematerial im Gesichtsfeld des, den Einkaufswagen benützenden Kunden ständig präsentiert, d. h. von jenem Moment, in dem der Kunde den Wagen beim Eingang des Geschäftes nimmt, bis zur Abgabe desselben am Ausgang.
Ferner soll die Vorrichtung im gleichen Masse wie dem Benutzer des Einkaufswagens den anderen im Geschäft befindlichen Kunden Information und Werbung vermitteln. Das Informations- oder Werbernaterial soll zur Aktualisierung der Angebote einfach ausgetauscht werden können. Ferner soll natürlich die Funktionsfähigkeit des Enikauiswa-

gens in keiner Weise eingeschränkt werden.
Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass die Halterung einen Träger für das Informations-oder Werbematerial, mindestens ein Befestigungselement und mindestens ein, den Träger und das Befestigungselement verbindendes, flexibles Verbindungselement enthält. Die Halterung wird mit Hilfe des Befestigungselementes, z. B. an der vorderen Wand des Korbes des Einkaufswagens befestigt. Durch die Abmessungen des Verbindungselementes kann der Träger für das Informations-oder Werbematerial in eine Position gebracht werden, die über dem oberen Rand des Korbes des Einkaufswagens, und damit im Gesichtsfeld des den Einkaufswagen benutzenden Kunden, liegt und in der durch den Träger und das Werbe- oder Informationsmaterial dennoch die Sicht des Kunden auf das Warenangebot und den vor ihm liegenden Weg nicht eingeschränkt wird.
Durch die Flexibilität des Verbindungselementes lässt sich der Träger jedoch unterhalb des oberen Randes des Einkaufswagenkorbes klappen, so dass die Einkaufwägen nach wie vor, wie üblich, zum platzsparenden Parken ineinandergeschoben werden können.
Vorzugsweise ist das flexible Verbindungselement eine Schraubenfeder. Da Schraubenfedern in Richtung ihrer Längsachse relativ starr sind, in allen übrigen Richtungen jedoch gleich flexibel, hat der Träger für das Informations- oder Werbematerial im aufgeklappten Zustand der Halterung eine sehr gute Stabilität, andererseits kann es beim Umklappen, auch wenn die Kraftaufbringung asymmetrisch erfolgt, zu keinen Schwierigkeiten kommen.
Vorzugsweise weisen das Befestigungselement und der Träger je einen Zapfen auf, der in die Schraubenfeder eingreift. Dabei ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die Zapfen mit einem Gewinde versehen sind, welches in die Schraubenwindungen der Schraubenfeder eingreift. Die Vorrichtung lässt sich so in Einzelteile zerlegen, so dass beschädigte Teile einfach ausgetauscht werden können, andererseits wird durch das Gewinde ein sicherer Zusammenhalt geboten.
Nach einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung besteht das Be-

festigungselement aus zwei über eine Schraube verbundenen Klemmplättchen, die einen Klemmspalt umgeben. Mit einer derartigen Klemmvorrichtung kann die Halterung einfach an den vertikalen Gitterstäben des Einkaufskorbes angebracht werden, und zwar in beliebiger Höhe, somit kann ein und dieselbe Vorrichtung an verschiedensten Einkaufswägen angebracht werden und der Träger für das Informationsoder Werbematerial kann immer in die optimale Höhe für den Betrachter gebracht werden.
Der von den beiden Klemmplättchen umgebene Klemmspalt ist vorzugsweise so konzipiert, dass er zwei Längsstäbe des Einkaufskorbes aufnehmen kann, wobei unterschiedliche Abstände zwischen diesen Stäben zu berücksichtigen sind.
Der Träger enthält vorzugsweise einen Doppelrahmen, der an einer seiner Kanten einen Schlitz zur Einbringung des Informations- oder Werbematerials aufweist. Die Stabilität eines solchen Rahmens erlaubt es, dass das Informations-oder Werbematerial auf normalem Papier gedruckt sein kann, so dass bei Austausch des Informations- oder Werbematerials nur geringe Kosten entstehen. Dennoch sorgt der stabile Doppelrahmen für einen sicheren Halt und einen Schutz des Informations-oder Werbematerials. Zusätzlich können, wie bereits bekannt, ein Verstärkungsblatt und transparente Schutzfolien das Informations- oder Werbematerial vor Beschädigung schützen.
Die beiderseits des Werbe-und Informationsmaterials als äusserste Schichten liegenden Schutzfolie sind insbesondere als witterungsschutz erforderlich, wenn die Einkaufswägen auch im Aussenbereich zum Einsatz kommen. So befinden sich oft die Sammelstellen für die Einkaufswägen am Kundenparkplatz des Geschäftes. Der Doppelrahmen ermöglicht es auch, dass dieselbe oder unterschiedliche Information dem den Einkaufswagen benutzenden Kunden und den übrigen Kunden des Geschäftes gezeigt wird.
Vorzugsweise besteht der Doppelrahmen aus elastisch verformbarem Material und es ist an jedem der beiden Rahmen des Doppelrahmens mindestens ein Sicherungsstift befestigt, der den Schlitz überbrückt. Der Querschnitt dieser Sicherheitsstifte kann rund aber auch eckig sein. Damit lässt sich das Informationsmaterial einfach durdw Ausex

anderziehen der beiden Rahmen im Schlitzbereich entfernen, andererseits wird ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausfallen oder Hinausschieben des Informations-und Werbematerials verhindert.
Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung enthält der Träger mindestens eine den Doppelrahmen an einer seiner Kanten umfassenden Verbindungsklemme, an der der Zapfen angeordnet ist. Damit lassen sich im Handel bereits erhältliche Rahmen verschiedenster Art und Grösse für die Halterung verwenden und andererseits kann auch der Abstand der Befestigungselemente individuell an die Einkaufswagentype angepasst werden.
Vorzugsweise weist die Verbindungsklemme auf ihrer dem Doppelrahmen zugewandten Innenseite eine Schneide auf. Beim Anbringen der Verbindungsklemme am Doppelrahmen lässt sich dadurch durch Zusammendrücken der Schenkel der Verbindungsklemme ein sicherer Halt der Verbindungsklemme erreichen, da sich die Klinge in den vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff bestehenden Doppelrahmen einschneidet.
Nach einer Ausführungsvariante ist die Verbindungsklemme aus einem Material, das härter als das Material des Doppelrahmens ist und die Verbindungsklemme weist an ihrer dem Doppelrahmen zugewandten Innenseite mindestens eine Fixierungskante auf, die sich in das Material des Doppelrahmens einkerbt und/oder in eine Stufe oder Nut im Doppelrahmen einrastet. Dies stellt eine alternative oder zusätzliche Möglichkeit für einen festen Zusammenhalt von Doppelrahmen und Verbindungsklemme dar.
Nach einer weiteren Variante der Erfindung weist der Doppelrahmen einen äusseren Bereich und einen inneren Bereich auf, wobei der innere Bereich eine geringere Stärke als der äussere Bereich hat und die Oberfläche der Verbindungsklemme ist zur inneren Kante des Rahmen hin geneigt, so dass die Verbindungsklemme an ihrem inneren Ende eine geringere Querschnittsabmessung als die Stärke des äusseren Bereiches des Doppelrahmens hat. Somit bieten die Verbindungsklemmen beim Ineinanderschieben der mit der erfindungsgemässen Vorricht dusye-

statteten Einkaufswägen kein unerwünschtes Hindernis.
Zum besseren Verständnis der Erfindung soll diese nunmehr anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen nochmals erläutert werden. Dabei zeigt Fig. 1 eine Explosionsansicht der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung bei Montage an der Wand eines Einkaufskorbes ; Fig. 2 zeigt die Vorrichtung im montierten Zustand ; Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt durch einen Doppelrahmen im Bereich der Verbindungsklemme und Fig. 4 zeigt einen Einkaufswagen mit der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung beim Hineinschieben in eine Einkaufswagenkolonne.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Wand 21 des Korbes eines Einkaufswagens, an deren vertikalen Stäben zwei Befestigungselemente 2 mit Hilfe ihrer Klemmplättchen 8 und 7 und den Schrauben 6 festgeklemmt werden. Die Befestigungselemente 2 tragen jeweils einen, mit einem Gewinde versehenen Zapfen 5, auf den eine Schraubenfeder 3 aufgeschraubt werden kann. In das andere Ende der Schraubenfedern 3 werden jeweils eine Verbindungsklemme 16 mit ihren, ein Gewinde tragenden Zapfen 4 eingeschraubt. Die Schenkel der Verbindungsklemme 16 umfassen einen Doppelrahmen 9, bestehend aus zwei Rahmen 12,13, zwischen die über einen Schlitz 10 im Doppelrahmen 9 ein Werbe-oder Informationsmate- rial eingeschoben werden kann.
Wie man in Fig. 2 sieht, sind die Befestigungselemente 2 etwas unterhalb der oberen Kante der Wand 21 des Einkaufswagens festgeklemmt und der Träger 1 kann aufgrund der Flexibilität der Verbindungselemente 3 unter die obere Kante der Wand 21 verschwenkt werden. Am Rahmen 12 sowie am Rahmen 13 ist jeweils ein Sicherungsstift 14,15 fest angeordnet, der den Schlitz 10 überbrückt, so dass das Werbeund Informationsmaterial 11 aus dem Doppelrahmen 9 nur herausgezogen oder geschoben werden kann, wenn die beiden Rahmen 12,13 im Bereich des Schlitzes 10 etwas auseinandergebogen werden.
Der in Fig. 3 dargestellte Doppelrahmen 9 weist einen inneren Bereich 19 mit geringerer Stärke und einen äusseren Bereich 18 mit grö- sserer Stärke auf. In die dabei entstehende Stufe rastet elne llxle-

rungskante der Verbindungsklemme 16 ein. Der den inneren Kanten 20 des Doppelrahmens 9 zugewandte Bereich der Verbindungsklemme 16 ist gegen die inneren Kanten 20 hin geneigt, so dass die Querschnittsabmessung der Verbindungsklemme 10 im Bereich ihrer Enden 16a kleiner ist als die Stärke des äusseren Bereiches 18 des Doppelrahmens 9. Auf der Innenseite der Verbindungsklemme 16 ist eine Schneide 17 angeordnet, die sich durch Aufbringen der Verbindungsklemme 16 und leichtes Andrücken am Doppelrahmen in diesen einschneidet und somit die Position der Verbindungsklemme 16 am Doppelrahmen 9 fixiert.
Wie man in Fig. 4 sieht, wird der Träger 1 mit dem Werbematerial 11 beim Einschieben des Einkaufswagens in eine Einkaufswagenkolonne in das Innere des Korbes des Einkaufswagens gedrückt, wobei durch die Ausführung des Verbindungselementes als Schraubenfeder auch ein schiefes Hineinführen des Einkaufswagens in die Einkaufswagenkolonne nicht zu einem unerwünschten Verkanten des Trägers 1 führt, so dass die Funktionalität der Einkaufswägen, wie sie bisher bekannt sind, nicht beeinflusst wird.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung kann an unterschiedlichsten Modellen von Einkaufswägen befestigt werden und Verwendung finden. Auch bereits im Umlauf befindliche Einkaufswägen können mit dieser Vorrichtung ausgerüstet werden. Die Vorrichtung bietet dem Betreiber von Geschäften die Möglichkeit, ihre Kunden während des gesamten Einkaufsvorganges zu informieren. Das Werbematerial befindet sich in angenehmer Sichtweite vom Einkäufer entfernt, kann auf der gegen- überliegenden Seite auch zur Werbung für die übrigen im Geschäft befindlichen Kunden verwendet werden und zeigt dadurch eine besondere Werbewirksamkeit, dass der Träger für das Werbe-und Informationsma- terial beim Entnehmen des Einkaufswagens aus einer Wagenkolonne in die Höhe schnellt und so den Blick des Einkäufers auf sich lenkt.

Since coil springs are relatively rigid in the direction of their longitudinal axis, but are equally flexible in all other directions, the support for the information or advertising material has very good stability when the holder is open, on the other hand it can be folded down, even if the force is applied asymmetrically, to come to no difficulties.
Preferably, the fastener and the carrier each have a pin which engages in the coil spring. It is particularly advantageous if the pins are provided with a thread which engages in the screw turns of the coil spring. The device can thus be disassembled into individual parts so that damaged parts can be replaced easily, on the other hand the thread provides a secure cohesion.

The clamping gap surrounded by the two clamping plates is preferably designed so that it can accommodate two longitudinal bars of the shopping basket, different distances between these bars having to be taken into account.
The carrier preferably contains a double frame, which has a slot on one of its edges for the insertion of the information or advertising material. The stability of such a frame allows the information or advertising material to be printed on normal paper, so that there is only a low cost when the information or advertising material is exchanged. Nevertheless, the stable double frame ensures a secure hold and protection of the information or advertising material. In addition, as already known, a reinforcing sheet and transparent protective films can protect the information or advertising material from damage.
The protective film lying on both sides of the advertising and information material as outermost layers are particularly necessary as weather protection if the shopping trolleys are also used outdoors.
