Aus Holzwolle mit Zementzusatz hergestelltes Bauelement.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein aus Holzwolle mit Zementzusatz hergestelltes Bauelement aus zwei gleichartigen, miteinander verbundenen und mit Vertiefungen versehenen Bauplatten besteht, wobei die einander zugekehrten Vertiefungen geschlossene Hohlräume bilden. Durch die vorliegende Erfindung wird es möglich, ein leichtes Bauelement herzustellen, das infolge der Anordnung von Hohlräumen genügend schalldicht und wärmedämmend ist. Die Bauplatte besteht in bekannter Weise aus Holzwolle mit Zementzusatz.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand an einem Ausführungsbeispiel veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt den Schnitt durch das Bauelement, Fig. 2 eine Ansicht einer Bauplatte. 1, l'sind die beiden Bauplatten mit den Rändern 2,2'. Die Vertiefungen der Bauplatte werden von den Stegen. dz unterteilt. Die beiden gleichartigen Bauplatten werden mit den Vertiefungen zueinander gekehrt und durch Stifte 4 od. dgl. zu einem einheitlichen Bauelement miteinander verbunden, das im Innern Hohlräume 1, 11 aufweist. Die Stärke der Platte 1, l'kann die Hälfte der Stärke der sonst üblichen Bauplatten betragen, so dass die Bauelemente nicht wesentlich schwerer sind, als die bekannten Leichtbauplatten. Die Bauelemente lassen sich ebenso schnell und leicht verlegen, wie die üblichen Bauplatten. Statt der Stifte 4 kann die Verbindung z. B. auch mittels Zementmilch oder Klammern erfolgen.
Ferner ist es möglich, die Hohlräume 1, 11 auch noch mit einem Füllmittel, das die Wärme-oder Schall- dämmung erhöht, auszufüllen. Die Hohlräume können bei entsprechender Bearbeitung des Elementes auch als Luftkanäle für Trockenlegungen verwendet werden, ebenso auch als Kanäle für Rohrleitungen, Drähte usw.
