Stützeinrichtung bei Wandklappbetten.
Es sind Wandklappbetten bekannt, deren Auflager entweder am Fussboden festgemacht oder auf diesem frei beweglich sind. Im letzteren Fall sind Einrichtungen nötig, die verhindern, dass die
Auflager die Bewegung des auf-oder niederklappenden Bettrahmens mitmachen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Stützeinrichtung für verschiedenste Wandklappbetten, welche unabhängig von dem jeweiligen Klappvorgang auf einfache Art die Auflager am Umkippen hindert.
Fig. 1 und 2 veranschaulichen schematisch diese Einrichtung in Ansicht und Draufsicht, während die Fig. 3 bis 5 verschiedene Ausführungsarten zeigen.
Das Wesentliche sind zwei Streben 2 und 3, die nahe dem unteren Ende 6 und dem oberen Ende 5 des Auflagers 1 an diesem koppelbar und die untereinander an ihren andern Enden 4 verbunden sind, wobei diese Enden auf dem Fussboden aufliegen. Die obere Strebe wirkt als Stütze, die untere als
Begrenzung bzw. Spannstrebe. Die Ausladung des Bettes bestimmt die zweckmässige Länge dieser
Streben.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ausführungsart, bei der die beiden Streben 2, 3 am Auflager 1 bei 6 und 5 drehbar befestigt sind. Die untere Strebe 2 ist an ihrem freien Ende 4 aufwärts gebogen. Sie ruht in der Gebrauchslage auf dem Fussboden. Die obere Strebe 3 ist so bemessen, dass sie heruntergeklappt mit ihrem Ende auf die untere Strebe 2 knapp vor deren aufwärtsgebogenem Ende 4 zu liegen kommt.
Dadurch stützt sie während des Herunterklappens des Bettes das Auflager 1 und verhindert dadurch sein Vorneigen. Ist das Bett wieder hinaufgeklappt, so können beide Streben 2, 3 hochgeklappt und an das Bett angelehnt werden.
Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen zwei weitere Ausführungsarten, bei welchen die beiden Streben 2,3 miteinander bei 4 drehbar verbunden sind, während nur eine an dem Auflager 1 drehbar befestigt, die andere hingegen in dasselbe einhakbar ausgebildet ist.
Zweckmässig wird das Bett mit zwei Paar Rollen 7 ausgestattet, wobei eines vorne am Auflager 1, das andere am Kopfteil 9 des Bettes angeordnet wird. Dadurch ist es möglich, das Bett in seiner Hochlage frei herumzurollen.
Um dem Bett eine grössere Standfestigkeit in seiner Hochlage zu verleihen, kann zweckmässigerweise an seinem Standort in der Mauer ein Zapfen 8 od. dgl. eingelassen werden, der knapp über dem Kopfteil 9 liegt. Dadurch kann das Bett erst heruntergeklappt werden, wenn es etwas von der Wand weggerollt wird.

FIGS. 1 and 2 schematically illustrate this device in elevation and plan view, while FIGS. 3 to 5 show different embodiments.
The essentials are two struts 2 and 3, which can be coupled to the lower end 6 and the upper end 5 of the support 1 and which are connected to one another at their other ends 4, these ends resting on the floor. The upper strut acts as a support, the lower one as

Fig. 3 shows an embodiment in which the two struts 2, 3 are rotatably attached to the support 1 at 6 and 5. The lower strut 2 is bent upwards at its free end 4. In the position of use, it rests on the floor. The upper strut 3 is dimensioned in such a way that, when folded down, it comes to rest with its end on the lower strut 2 just in front of its upwardly bent end 4.
As a result, it supports the support 1 while the bed is being folded down and prevents it from leaning forward. If the bed is folded up again, both struts 2, 3 can be folded up and leaned against the bed.
4 and 5 show two further types of embodiment in which the two struts 2, 3 are rotatably connected to one another at 4, while only one is rotatably attached to the support 1, while the other is designed to be hooked into it.
The bed is expediently equipped with two pairs of rollers 7, one being arranged at the front on the support 1 and the other on the head part 9 of the bed. This makes it possible to roll the bed around freely in its raised position.
In order to give the bed greater stability in its elevated position, a pin 8 or the like can expediently be let in at its location in the wall, which is just above the head part 9. This means that the bed cannot be folded down until it is rolled away from the wall a little.
PATENT CLAIMS:
