Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

    Korrosionsbeständige   austenitisehe Molybdän-Chrom-Nickel-Eisen-Legierungen.

    Corrosion-resistant austenitic molybdenum-chromium-nickel-iron alloys.

   The subject of the parent patent are corrosion-resistant, antimony-containing molybdenum-chromium-nickel-iron alloys with the following composition: 0 # 02-1% carbon, 10-25% chromium, 20-40% nickel, 1-10% molybdenum, 2-7% antimony and, if necessary, 0-1-10% copper, the remainder iron, with or without the usual impurities.

   It has been shown that the high corrosion resistance specified in the parent patent is also present with antimony contents of 0-5-2%. As particularly resistant z. B. against attack by hot, high-percentage hydrochloric acid, an alloy with 0.04% carbon, 13% chromium, 30% nickel, 5% molybdenum, 5% copper, 1-5% antimony, the remainder iron has proven itself.
