Verschluss eines dreiteiligen Bügels für Damenhandtaschen.
Ein dreiteiliger Bügel, bei dem nur mit einer Handhabe entweder der eine oder der andere äussere
Bügelteil geöffnet werden kann, ist bereits bekannt. Der erfindungsgemässe Verschluss unterscheidet sich jedoch wesentlich von dem bereits bekannten dadurch, dass bei ihm keine Spiralfeder eingebaut ist, welche die Lebensdauer des Verschlusses verkürzt. Die einfachere Bauart des erfindungsgemässen
Verschlusses gegenüber dem bereits bekannten Verschluss ergibt sich auch daraus, dass anstatt einer mechanischen Einrichtung, die ein dem Gehäuse genauest angepasstes Führungsplättchen erfordert, der gebräuchliche einfache Abheber angewendet wird.
Der Erfindung gemäss sind auf dem mittleren Bügelsteg drei parallel zueinander stehende, beispielsweise rechteckige Klappen um ihre unteren Längskanten kippbar angelenkt, wobei die äusseren
Klappen durch eingebaute Federn ständig flach gegen die mittlere Klappe gedrückt werden und dieselbe an einem Endteil rechtwinkelig untergreifen und je einen äusseren Bügel mittels einer Nase festhalten.
Die mittlere Klappe ist starr mit einer Handhabe in Form einer Kappe verbunden, die den ganzen Verschluss überdeckt.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer Ausführung veranschaulicht. Fig. 1 zeigt den geschlossenen Bügel, Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 den Bügel mit abgehobener Kappe. Die Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen den geschlossenen und geöffneten Verschluss ohne Kappe. Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen Querschnitte des geöffneten Verschlusses.
Von den drei Teilen a, al, a2 des Bügels trägt der mittlere Bügel al die drei kippbaren Klappen b, bl, b2 des Verschlusses, wobei die äusseren Klappen bund b2 durch eingebaute Federn ständig flach gegen die mittlere Klappe bl gedrückt werden. Die äusseren Klappen b und b2 haben an einem Endteil je eine rechtwinkelige Fortsetzung a und c2, die die mittlere Klappe untergreifen und in der Schlusslage die an den äusseren Bügelstegen angebrachten Nasen d festhalten. Die Kappe ist nur durch ihren Schlitz 1 mit dem Teil g der mittleren Klappe bl starr verbunden und überdeckt den ganzen Verschluss.
Wird nun die Kappe und damit die mit ihr starr verbundene mittlere Klappe bl in der Schliesslage beispielsweise gegen den Bügelsteg a2 gekippt (Fig. 5 und 6), so wird die seitliche Klappe b mitgenommen, das Teilstück c hebt sich über dem Bügelsteg a und gibt dessen Nase d frei, wodurch der Bügel a sich öffnet. Dabei ist die seitliche Klappe b2 unbeeinflusst geblieben und ihr Teilstück c2 hält den Bügel a2 an seiner Nase weiter fest. Lässt man die Kappe des so geöffneten Bügels los, so drückt die unter der seitlichen Klappe b eingebaute Feder die mittlere Klappe bl mit der Kappe wieder in die frühere Lage zurück.
Soll der Bügel a2 geöffnet werden, wird die Kappe und damit die mittlere Klappe bl gegen den Bügelsteg a gekippt (Fig. 7).
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verschluss eines dreiteiligen Bügels für Damenhandtaschen u. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem mittleren Bügelsteg in dessen Längsrichtung drei kippbare Klappen angelenkt sind, wovon die äusseren mit je einem Endteil rechtwinkelig die mittlere untergreifen und je einen äusseren Bügel an einer Nase festhalten.

Of the three parts a, al, a2 of the bracket, the middle bracket al carries the three tiltable flaps b, bl, b2 of the closure, the outer flaps bund b2 being constantly pressed flat against the middle flap bl by built-in springs. The outer flaps b and b2 each have a right-angled continuation a and c2 on one end part, which engage under the middle flap and in the final position hold the lugs d attached to the outer bracket webs. The cap is only rigidly connected to part g of the middle flap bl through its slot 1 and covers the entire closure.
If the cap and thus the central flap bl rigidly connected to it is tilted in the closed position, for example, against the bracket web a2 (FIGS. 5 and 6), the lateral flap b is taken along, the section c rises above the bracket web a and gives its nose d free, whereby the bracket a opens. The side flap b2 has remained unaffected and its section c2 continues to hold the bracket a2 on its nose. If you let go of the cap of the clamp that has been opened in this way, the spring built into the side flap b presses the middle flap bl with the cap back into its previous position.
If the bracket a2 is to be opened, the cap and thus the middle flap bl is tilted against the bracket web a (FIG. 7).
