Webverfahren.

Weaving process.
A tape weaving blade for the production of hollow tapes has already become known, in which two shooters are moved simultaneously in the same direction in a circular path. Both shooters had to be operated for each individual course. It is also known to

To guide the warp thread.
The aim of the invention is to create a weaving method, in particular for tape weaving, in which the novelty lies in the fact that within a chair tour a single shooter continuously crosses the warp threads and enters two or more wefts, with the shooter's path being a closed one , e.g. B. is circular or elliptical.
The main advantage of the new method is that a smooth, rapid working, i.e. H. Passing the weft thread through the compartments is made possible with very simple means and that the organ carrying the weft thread, such as a shooter od Chair rotation is achieved, as in the previous method with two or more chair rotations or as when using two or more shooters in a circular

FIGS. 3 a and 3 b show the advantages of the new method, for. B. in the production of a rubber band with a single-coil racket. Fig. 3 a shows the previous process when working with a single-coil racket. The rubber chain 12 lies once above and once below the weft (a = first weft, b = second weft, c = third weft, etc.), and the connector warp threads 13 and 14 lie oppositely above two and below two wefts (e.g. connector 13 for shots a, b above and for shots e, d below).
In contrast, the procedure according to the invention (FIG. 3 b) is such that, as in the case of the looms with two or more shuttles, a double shed is formed in which the rubber chain 12 ′ remains in the normal position, change their position every chair tour. Due to the double compartment that is formed, the estimate according to the invention z. B. moved along a circular path and accomplish that performance in this one chair tour, for which the single-guard drawer needs two chair tours.
The new method can also be carried out in such a way that several shooters moving according to the invention are arranged in a drawer.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Weaving method, characterized in that within one chair rotation, d. H. within two stops of the loom drawer, a single shooter continuously crosses the compartments of the warp threads and enters two or more wefts.
