I {leinelektro-Vulkanisierapparat für Stark-und Sehwaehstrom.
EMI1.1
B. von Fussballblasen, Faltbootwänden, Fahrradsehläuehen, Termophoren u. a.

I {leinelektro-Vulkanisierapparat for Stark and Sehwaehstrom.
EMI1.1
Small electrical vulcanizing devices consisting of a clamp with an attachable support plate are already known, but the previously common ones have the disadvantage that the support plates are firmly anchored to the clamp in the position of use, means are used that never guarantee a parallel position of the plate plane to the radiator base also do not allow an adjustment according to the repair point.
The invention relates to a small electric vulcanizing apparatus which effectively eliminates these deficiencies in that the support plate is rotatably inserted into a bore of one clamp arm by means of a bolt, with suitable devices also allowing the plate to be fixed in any position (on the broad or long side) according to the repair point.
Through this training, a small, useful vulcanizing apparatus was created, by means of which repairs of tire hoses can be carried out quickly and easily at any location of the vehicle. It is also suitable for any other repair, such as B. football bubbles, folding boat walls, Fahrradsehläuehen, termophores u. a.
The apparatus consists of a clamp with a lifting plate for the repair piece and an electrically heated press plate, by means of which the raw rubber stain is pressed onto the repair area and vulcanized during this position by heating the press plate. The support plate is advantageously elliptical and can be attached to the clamp by special devices in the longitudinal position as well as in the wide position and is also secured against displacement by this device.
The support plate has a pin in the middle, which comes to rest in a hole in the clamp when the plate is in place. On the long side of the support plate there is an incision in which a pin, formed from the inner back part of the clamp, engages.
In the wide part there is an opening at the same distance from the incision to the center of the support plate, corresponding to the shape of the pin which comes to lie in this opening in the longitudinal position.
The press plate with heating device is designed in such a way that when the vulcanizing device is used, the heat comes into effect as quickly as possible and there is only a small amount of heat radiation to the outside. For this purpose, the pressing plate consists of two parts, the lower one consisting of a pressed part and the upper one consisting of a cap made of metal, Bakelite or the like, which protrudes beyond the lower part without touching it. The lower part rests only with the edge in the bottom of the upper part or the bottom of the lower part is partially broken at the edge in order to concentrate the heat mainly on the lower plate. A thin plate can also be placed on the floor in the lower part.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment and there shows Fig. 1 the clamping clamp of the vulcanizing apparatus, Fig. 2 the support plate for the workpiece that can be attached to the clamp, Fig. 3 the press plate provided with a heating device, Fig. 4 a Section through a special design of the parts of the press plate and FIG. 5 shows a section through a press plate with an upper thermal insulation layer.
