Fig. 1 ist eine Schnittansicht, Fig. 2 ein Grundriss der Röhre.

Tube for wireless devices.
The tubes for wireless devices such as amplifiers, etc. Like., As is known, have a base with plug pins at the lower end, which is inserted into a socket arrangement. A second connection has recently been provided, namely at the head of the tubes. This arrangement can be found particularly in the screen grid tubes. A disadvantage of this tube design is that when the tubes are replaced, since their base is very difficult to access, the glass bulb must be grasped in order to pull them out of the device or to insert them into the device. Replacing them is relatively rare in devices in which the tubes are subjected to normal loads.
However, when it comes to devices whose tubes have to be replaced very frequently and quickly because they are strong

that heavily loaded tubes become very hot and for this reason it is uncomfortable for the operating personnel to touch the tubes to be replaced by the glass bulb.
The invention proposes to design the tubular foot itself as a handle.
This is explained below using an example.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view, Fig. 2 is a plan view of the tube. 3 is a view of the tube and a sectional view of the part of the wireless device holding the tube, FIG. 4 is a bottom view of FIG. 3. The wireless device is here cut along line 1-B of FIG.
The glass bulb 1 of the tube is held at its lower end in a base 2, which for hand-

the end opposite the base, an insulating plate 6 is inserted into the metal sleeve, which carries a Steekerstift 7 for tubes that have an upper power connection. This pin also has the advantage that the inserted tube is supported to a certain extent at the end opposite the base. The tube according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is inserted into the device as

designed so that the tube is held in the pot 8. In order to ensure correct insertion of the tube, a nose 1 ′ is provided on the tube base which fits into a groove 13 in the pot 8.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Tube for wireless devices, characterized in that the end of the tube foot is designed as a handle protruding freely from the holder part and that the connections are arranged around a cylindrical extension which surrounds the part of the tube facing the handle.
