Elektrisches Installationsgerät mit Glimmlampe
Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Installationsgerät mit Glimmlampe, insbesondere Schalter, bei dem die Kontaktverbindung der als Baueinheit mit dem Widerstand zusammengefassten Glimmlampe mit im Sockel angeordneten Kontakten über Kontaktstifte erfolgt. Bei den bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art sind die die Beleuchtungseinrichtung bildenden Teile auf der Innenseite einer Kappe so befestigt, dass sie mit dieser eine Einheit bilden. Ein Austausch schadhafter Teile gegen neue ist daher nicht ohne weiteres möglich.
Bei einer andern bekannten Ausführungsform sind die Glimmlampe und die Zuleitung für diese als Steckkontakte in der Abdeckplatte fest angebracht, so dass beim Lösen der Abdeckplatte die Steckerstifte aus dem Sockel gezogen werden und die Glimmlampe mit diesen in der Abdeckplatte verbleibt.
Demgegenüber besteht die Erfindung darin, dass die Baueinheit in einem vom Gerätesockel leicht trennbaren kleinen Gehäuse angeordnet ist, das lediglich mit seinen zum Sockel gerichteten Kontaktstiften, die inversenkte Sockelbuchsen oder Federn eingreifen, im Sockel befestigt ist, wobei die die Kontaktstifte mit den Anschlussklemmen verbindenden Träger sich auf der Sockeloberfläche abstützen. Dadurch ist es möglich, dass der Austausch eines schadhaften Bauelementes gegen ein neues rasch vor sich geht. Dabei ist aber für eine ausreichende Befestigung der Baueinheit gesorgt.
Die Erfindung besteht auch darin, dass die Buchsen V- oder omegaförmig (0) ausgebildet sind.
In der Zeichnung ist die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung näher veranschaulicht. Es zeigen Fig. 1 einen erfindungsgemässen Wippenschalter in Seitenansicht teilweise geschnitten, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den Schalter, Fig. 3 ein Schaubild des Glimmlämpchens und Fig. 4 eine Unteransicht desselben.
Gemäss der Zeichnung besitzt der Schalter 1 Ausnehmungen la, die nach oben weisen und mit den Anschlussklemmen 2 verbundene Kontaktorgane 3 aufnehmen, deren Träger 3a sich auf der Sockeloberfläche abstützen. Die Kontaktorgane 3 können als Buchsen oder Federn ausgebildet sein, wobei letztere vorteilhafterweise V- oder omegaförmig (H) gestaltet sein können. Auf diese Weise werden die vorzugsweise als Flachstifte verwendeten Kontaktstifte 4 der Glimmlampe 5 sicher und fest in den Kontaktorganen 3 gehalten. Die Glimmlampe 5 ist mit einem schematisch angedeuteten Widerstand 6 in einem Isolierstoffgehäuse 5a angeordnet, von dessen Bodenfläche 5b aus sich die Kontaktstifte 4 nach unten erstrecken.
Die Glimmlampe 5 lässt sich durch Herausziehen aus den Buchsen 3 sehr schnell auswechseln, wozu es insbesondere keinerlei Werkzeuge oder sonstiger Mittel bedarf.

The invention relates to an electrical installation device with a glow lamp, in particular a switch, in which the contact connection of the glow lamp combined as a structural unit with the resistor with contacts arranged in the base takes place via contact pins. In the known devices of this type, the parts forming the lighting device are attached to the inside of a cap in such a way that they form a unit therewith. It is therefore not easy to replace defective parts with new ones.
In another known embodiment, the glow lamp and the supply line for this are firmly attached as plug contacts in the cover plate, so that when the cover plate is loosened, the plug pins are pulled out of the base and the glow lamp remains with them in the cover plate.
In contrast, the invention consists in the fact that the structural unit is arranged in a small housing that can be easily separated from the device base and which is fastened in the base only with its contact pins directed towards the base, which engage the inverse base sockets or springs, the carrier connecting the contact pins to the connection terminals support yourself on the base surface. This makes it possible for a defective component to be replaced with a new one quickly. However, sufficient fastening of the structural unit is ensured.
The invention also consists in that the sockets are V-shaped or omega-shaped (0).

According to the drawing, the switch 1 has recesses 1 a, which point upwards and receive contact elements 3 connected to the connecting terminals 2, the carriers 3 of which are supported on the base surface. The contact members 3 can be designed as sockets or springs, the latter advantageously being able to be V-shaped or omega-shaped (H). In this way, the contact pins 4 of the glow lamp 5, which are preferably used as flat pins, are held securely and firmly in the contact organs 3. The glow lamp 5 is arranged with a schematically indicated resistor 6 in an insulating material housing 5a, from the bottom surface 5b of which the contact pins 4 extend downward.
The glow lamp 5 can be exchanged very quickly by pulling it out of the sockets 3, for which in particular no tools or other means are required.
