Device for displaying or registering the measured value of measuring devices.
The invention relates to a device for displaying or registering the measured value of measuring devices, in which a follower arm connected to the display or recording device is moved up to the stop on the pointer of the measuring device, and consists in that this contact causes the follower arm to pivot out of the track of the pointer so that the latter remains completely free.
An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the accompanying drawing.
The measuring device (for example a scale) is indicated schematically by its pointer 36.
A shaft 6, which is driven by a motor 18, is located on the same geometrical axis as this pointer 36. The shaft 6 in turn actuates any display device 1 indicated schematically in the drawing, which is formed, for example, by number wheels. At the end of the shaft 6 there is an electromagnet 30 which rotates with this shaft. On the housing 31 of this electromagnet, a follower arm 33 is articulated at 32, which is equipped with a plate-like armature 34 and can be moved by this against a spring 35 when the magnet 30 is excited. When the magnet 30 is excited, the arm 33 moves into the path of the pointer 36 of the balance as it rotates and meets it.
If, on the other hand, the electromagnet is not energized and the arm is therefore not pivoted, then it is behind the path of the pointer 36.
When a measurement is carried out and the pointer 36 has reached its display position, if you want to register the displayed measurement result, for example the weight of a weighing, by printing, the contact 37 of the primary circuit 38 of a transformer for reducing the voltage is closed and thereby this primary circuit is fed by the power source 2. The secondary circuit 39 connected to a rectifier 40 grounded by the line 42 can then excite the grounded relay 54 via the lines 43 and 44, the interrupter 45 and the line 55. This excitation of the relay 54 takes place as soon as the person operating the device closes the breaker contact 45. The relay 54 remains energized via the line 56, the normally open contact 57, the line 58, the normally closed contact 59 and the line 60.
Furthermore, when the contact 45 closes, the earthed electromagnet 30 on the shaft 6 is excited via the line 65, so that it attracts the arm 33, and finally, through the normally open contact 61 of the relay 54, the circuit of the motor 18 via the lines 53, 62, 63 and 64 closed.
The motor 18 begins to rotate and thereby takes the display or registration device 1 and also the arm 33 with it. When this arm 33 strikes the pointer 36, the circuit of the relay 66 is closed via the lines 68, 69, 58, 56, 44, 43 and the rectifier 40 via earth. When energized, the relay 66 interrupts the normally closed contact 59 of the relay 54, which is then de-energized and interrupts the circuits of the motor 18 at 61 and the electromagnet 30 at 57. As a result, the motor is stopped and the electromagnet 30 deenergized, whereby the arm 33 is pivoted out of the path of the pointer 36 by means of the spring 35.
