Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine verschraubbare Befestigungsvorrichtung für Gummisauger auf Milchflaschen, wobei der Milchflaschenhals ein Aussengewinde und der Gummisauger ein zugehöriges Innengewinde aufweist.
Derartige Anordnungen sind in der Form bekannt, dass das Aussengewinde am Flaschenhälse selbst angebracht ist. Dies setzt vor allem Flaschen ganz bestimmter Art voraus ; die heute im Handel erhältlichen Kindermilchflaschen weisen ein solches Gewinde im allgemeinen nicht auf, so dass die bekannte Einrichtung nachträglich an solchen Flaschen nicht mehr angebracht werden kann. Abgesehen davon, ist die bekannte Einrichtung hygienisch nicht einwandfrei, weil die Querschnitte der Gewinde ebenso wie die Anschlüsse der flachen Abschlussflächen scharfe Kanten aufweisen und damit einer Ablagerung von Milchrückständen und einer Bakterienbildung Vorschub leisten.
Gemäss der Erfindung werden demgegenüber die Abschlussflächen kegelig ausgebildet und in den Querschnitten der Gewinde irgendwelche Ecken, Kanten od. dgl. unbedingt vermieden. Darüber hinaus ist es für die Erfindung wesentlich, dass das Aussengewinde für den Flaschenhals an einem eigenen Ringkörper aus Gummi od. dgl. vorgesehen ist, um denselben auch auf einen glatten Flaschenhals durch Kleben od. dgl. aufbringen zu können. Ein entsprechendes Gegenstück zu diesem Gewindeteil ist im Innern des Saugers angeordnet.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer Ausführungsform dargestellt, u. zw. ist der auf der Milchflasche befestigte Gummisauger in Fig. 1 in einer Ansicht und in Fig. 2 in einem Querschnitt dargestellt.
Fig. 3 und 4 sind Ansichten der beiden, miteinander verschraubbaren, zur Befestigung des Saugers auf der Flasche dienenden Teile.
Der als Ringkörper ausgebildete Innenteil der Einrichtung, welcher vorteilhaft aus mittelhartem Gummi besteht und mit zwei bis drei groben Gewindegängen 2 und einer kegeligen Abschlussfläche 3 versehen ist, wird mit bekannten Mitteln (z. B. Wasserglas od. dgl. ) auf den glatten Flaschenhals 4 aufgeklebt, so dass er mit dem oberen Flaschenrand abschliesst. Der Aussenteil 5 der Einrichtung, welcher aus härterem Gummi besteht und mit einem dem Gewinde 2 entsprechenden Muttergewinde 6 und einer der Abschlussfläche 3 entsprechenden kegeligen Abschlussfläche 7 ausgestattet ist, wird mit dem Gummisauger 8 unter Verwendung bekannter Mittel verklebt, oder, zu einem Stück vereinigt, fabrikationsmässig hergestellt.
Der mit dem Teil 5 versehene Gummisauger 8 wird nach Auffüllen der Milchflasche auf den mit dieser festverbundenen Teil 1 aufgeschraubt, wodurch eine sichere Verbindung von Milchflasche und Gummisauger erreicht wird. Die kegeligen Abschlussflächen J, 7 begrenzen die Aufschraubung und dienen als Abdichtung. Die erfindungsgemässe Verbindung gewährleistet unbedingte Hygiene im Gebrauch und leichteste Reinigungsmöglichkeit, weil sowohl zwischen dem Teil 1 und dem Flaschenhals als auch zwischen dem Teil 4 und dem Gummisauger Fugen ausgeschlossen sind, in welchen sich Milchreste festsetzen könnten. Die Milch kommt daher nur mit glatten, leicht zu reinigenden Flächen in Berührung.

Above all, this requires bottles of a very specific type; The children's milk bottles commercially available today generally do not have such a thread, so that the known device can no longer be attached to such bottles at a later date. Apart from that, the known device is not hygienically perfect because the cross-sections of the threads as well as the connections of the flat end surfaces have sharp edges and thus promote the deposition of milk residues and the formation of bacteria.

The outer part 5 of the device, which consists of harder rubber and is equipped with a nut thread 6 corresponding to the thread 2 and a conical end surface 7 corresponding to the end surface 3, is glued to the rubber suction cup 8 using known means, or combined into one piece, factory-made.
The rubber teat 8 provided with the part 5 is screwed onto the part 1 firmly connected to it after the milk bottle has been filled, whereby a secure connection of the milk bottle and the rubber teat is achieved. The conical end surfaces J, 7 limit the screw connection and serve as a seal. The connection according to the invention ensures absolute hygiene in use and the easiest cleaning possibility, because joints in which milk residues could get stuck are excluded between part 1 and the bottle neck as well as between part 4 and the suction cup. The milk therefore only comes into contact with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces.
