Kofferschloss.
Es sind an sich Kofferschlösser mit einem am Deckel starr befestigten Schliesshaken bekannt, der beim Einführen in das Schlossgehäuse eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung auslöst.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Kofferschloss, bei dem ausser dem selbsttätigen Verschliessen ein selbsttätiges Herauswerfen des Schliesshakens beim Öffnen des Verschlusses stattfindet. Dieses wird gemäss der Erfindung durch eine runde Scheibe mit einem rechtwinklig hochgebogenen Rand erzielt, der zum Durchlass des Schliesshakens einen Ausschnitt besitzt und bei der Verriegelung hinter eine entsprechend Nase des Schliesshakens greift, wobei unter dem Ausschnitt in der Scheibe in einem Winkel zur Längsachse eine Blattfeder lagert, deren freies Ende durch einen Schliesshaken bei dessen Einführung hinter einen an der Schlossplatte angebrachten Ansatz gedrückt wird.
Ausser dem selbsttätigen Herauswerfen des Schliesshakens werden durch die besondere Lagerung der Scheibe und der Feder irgendwelche Hebel, Schieber, Zwischenstücke od. dgl. vermieden, so dass also auch eine einfache und sichere Bauart geschaffen ist. Dieses Schloss kann nun in ganz einfacher Weise absperrbar gestaltet werden, u. zw. wird hiefür gemäss der Erfindung die Blattfeder U-förmig gestaltet und in einer Ausnehmung der Scheibe längsverschiebbar gelagert. Der eine Schenkel dieser Blattfeder legt sich unter den auf der Schlossplatte angebrachten Ansatz, in dessen Verlängerung die in der Scheibe befindliche Ausnehmung schlitzartig fortgesetzt ist, während der andere Schenkel eine zum Angriff des Schlüssels dienende Ausbiegung erhält.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt : Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht des Schlosses an einem Koffer. Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A- B der Fig. 1, Fig. 3 das Schloss mit abgehobener Deckplatte und in geöffneter Stellung, Fig. 4 das Schloss wie Fig. 3 jedoch in verriegelter Stellung, Fig. 5 das Schloss wie Fig. 3 und 4 jedoch in gesperrter Stellung, Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der Linie C-D der Fig. 4.
An dem Koffer 1 ist der Schliessteil 2 mit der Grundplatte 3 befestigt. An dem Deckel 4 des Koffers ist der Schliessteil 5 in bekannter Weise starr befestigt. Der Deckelsehliessteil J tritt mit seinem vorderen Ende 5', welches eine Nase 6 besitzt, in den Schliessteil ein. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Abdeckplatte 8 des Sehliessteiles 2 mit einer Öffnung ? versehen, die sich in dem dem Deckel 4 zugekehrten Abschnitt der Seitenwandung der Abdeckplatte 8 des Schliessteiles 2 befindet und in ihrer Breite dem vorderen Teil 5' des Schliessteiles 5 entspricht.
Ausserdem besitzt die Abdeckplatte das Schlüsselloch 9 und etwa radial der Eintrittsöffnung 7 gegenüberliegend in ihrer Seitenwandung eine weitere Ausnehmung 10, durch die ein Griff 11 hindurchtritt, der in Richtung des Pfeiles 12 (Fig. 1) schwenkbar ist und an den Enden der Ausnehmung 10 jeweils anschlägt.
Der Griff 11 ist von einer tellerförmig gestalteten Scheibe 13 abgebogen. Diese Scheibe ist in einem Loch 14 um den Schlüsseldorn 15 drehbar. Der Schlüsseldorn 15 ist mit der Grundplatte 3 vernietet. Der Rand 17 der tellerförmig ausgestalteten Scheibe 13 ist an der der Einführungsöffnung benachbarten Stelle 18 ebenfalls ausgenommen (Fig. 3), so dass der vordere Teil 5'mit der Nase 5 auch durch diesen Rand treten kann.
In dieser tellerförmigen Scheibe lagert in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung 19 eine U-förmig gebogene Blattfeder mit ihren beiden Schenkeln 20 und 21. Der Schenkel 20 ist länger als der Schenkel 21 und ist an seinem äussersten Ende 22 etwas nach innen gebogen. Der Schenkel 21 besitzt eine Ausbiegung 23 zum Angriff des Schlüsselbartes. Die Ausnehmung 19 in der Scheibe 13 ist in der Verlängerung des Sehen-

kels 20 zu einem Schlitz 24 fortgesetzt. Das äusserste Ende 22 des Schenkels 20 legt sich gegen einen auf der Grundplatte 3 befestigten Ansatz 25. Der Ansatz besitzt eine kurvenförmige Anschlagfläche 25'.
Die Wirkungsweise ist folgende :
Soll das Schloss geöffnet werden, so wird die Scheibe 13 mit ihrem Griff 11 in Richtung des Pfeiles 12 gedreht. Hiebei wird die Blattfeder zunächst gespannt und, nachdem die Endstellung der Drehung erreicht ist, gleitet das Ende 22 von dem Ansatz 25 bzw. dessen Anschlagfläche 25'ab. Die Feder entspannt sich und drückt dabei gegen die Verlängerung 5'des Schliesshakens 5 und wirft diesen aus dem Schliessteil 7 in Richtung des Pfeiles 26 (Fig. 3) heraus ; der Koffer ist geöffnet.
Beim Schliessen des Koffers wird der Fortsatz 5'des Schliesshakens in Richtung des Pfeiles 27 (Fig. 3) eingeführt. Hiebei drückt der Fortsatz 5'zunächst gegen das Schenkelende 22 und dieses auf den Schenkel 21 zu, wobei gleichzeitig die Scheibe in Richtung des Pfeiles 28 (Fig. 3) gedreht wird Hiebei

The subject of the invention is a case lock in which, in addition to the automatic locking, the locking hook is automatically thrown out when the lock is opened. This is achieved according to the invention by a round disc with a right-angled upwardly curved edge, which has a cutout for the passage of the locking hook and engages behind a corresponding nose of the locking hook during locking, a leaf spring under the cutout in the disc at an angle to the longitudinal axis stores, the free end of which is pressed by a locking hook when it is introduced behind a projection attached to the lock plate.
