Verfahren zur Herstellung von Leichtbauplatten.
Leichtbauplatten, deren Grundkörper aus einem leichten Baustoff, etwa mit einem Mineralmörtel gebundener Holzwolle, ein-oder beidseitig mit Holzfurnier beklebt ist, sind bekannt.
Die Erfindung liegt in einem neuen Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Platten um die Raumbeständigkeit und das Haften des Holzes an dem Grundkörper zu verbessern. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Oberfläche der Leichtmaterialplatte vor dem Verputzen mit einem mineralischen oder organischen Mörtel mit verdünnter Schwefelsäure bestrichen oder bespritzt wird. Diese Behandlung bewirkt eine vorübergehende Erweichung der äusseren Partien der Platte, so dass diese mit einer geringen Menge des Mörtels verputzt werden kann. Nunmehr können die Holzfurniere einer-oder beiderseits aufgelegt und durch Druck mit der vom Mörtel gebildeten Zwischenschicht vereingt werden. Es ist dabei nötig, ein eigenes Bindemittel aufzutragen.
Derartige Verbundplatten eignen sich vorzüglich als Leichtbaustoff für Türen, Wände, Verkleidungen, Fussböden und Decken, da sie nur sehr geringes Gewicht besitzen, dabei aber vollkommen raumbeständig sind.
Diese Verbundplatten erfüllen gleichzeitig einen Doppelzweck, u. zw. sind sie nicht nur ein vor- züglicher Isolator gegen Hitze und Kälte und wirken schalldämpfend, sondern sie sind gleichzeitig ein fertiges Bauelement.

Lightweight building boards, the base body of which is made of a light building material, for example wood wool bound with a mineral mortar, is glued with wood veneer on one or both sides, are known.
The invention lies in a new method for producing such panels in order to improve the dimensional stability and the adhesion of the wood to the base body. This is achieved by painting or spraying the surface of the lightweight material panel with a mineral or organic mortar with diluted sulfuric acid before plastering. This treatment causes a temporary softening of the outer parts of the slab so that it can be plastered with a small amount of the mortar. The wood veneers can now be placed on one or both sides and united with the intermediate layer formed by the mortar by pressure. It is necessary to apply your own binding agent.
Composite panels of this type are particularly suitable as lightweight building materials for doors, walls, cladding, floors and ceilings, since they are only very light in weight but are completely stable in terms of space.
These composite panels also fulfill a dual purpose, u. zw. They are not only an excellent insulator against heat and cold and have a sound-absorbing effect, but they are also a finished component.
