Installation on viewfinders of photographic recording apparatus.
The subject of the invention is a device provided on viewfinders of photographic recording apparatus for still or moving images, by means of which the unimpeded view of the field of view is disturbed if certain parts of the recording apparatus do not assume the position required for error-free recording.
The device according to the invention, through its disruptive function, gives a clearly noticeable control image during the recording of the correct position of the optical and mechanical organs of the apparatus necessary for the success of the recording and indicates the correct position of these
Organ-testing device in mechanical or electrical connection.
It is true that devices on photographic apparatus are known in which organs are provided which are mechanically connected to the diaphragm or the momentary shutter and, when the same is set, are constantly brought into the field of view of the viewfinder
Viewfinder perceptible brightness levels the size of the aperture or the set exposure time should be made recognizable.
However, a correct absolute or relative setting of the named organs by the layman cannot yet be recognized by these institutions. Rather, there is a risk of overexposure because the inexperienced person wants to see the image to be taken as clearly as possible in the viewfinder and is therefore incorrectly influenced when setting his device.
The invention overcomes these disadvantages in that the disruptive element only becomes effective when the apparatus is incorrectly set or handled. This is achieved by connecting the interfering organ that can be moved into the field of view of the viewfinder with a device that checks the correct function of the parts that are active during the exposure. These latter devices, which mostly contain photoelectric cells, are already widely used and therefore do not form the subject of the invention.
Some exemplary embodiments of the inventive concept are illustrated in the drawing.
In Figs. 1 and 2, a device is shown by which a dependency between the cover and the viewfinder z. B. is achieved in a cinema recording camera. The lens 2 and the viewfinder plate or viewfinder opening 3 are arranged on the front of the film recording camera.
The lens shutter cover 4 is z. B. designed as a plate and connected via a central part 7 to a closure plate 5 for the finder plate or finder opening 3. The middle part 7 is rotatably arranged on the front plate 1 in a bearing 6. When the lens is closed, as can be seen from FIG. 1, the field of view of the viewfinder is also completely covered in the selected exemplary embodiment; According to FIG. 2, a pivoting of the plate 5 for the purpose of clearing the field of view also results in the removal of the lens cover.
3 shows the design of the disruptive element as a rotatable wing 11 which is built into the beam path of the viewfinder and can be pivoted about an axis 10 that is perpendicular, for example. The rotation of the wing 11 takes place by a moving coil 8 movable in a magnetic field, which is in the circuit 9 of one of the known z. B. with a photoelectric cell working test equipment

the correct setting of the aperture and shutter; but there z. B. When recording a film, the eye of the person taking the photo is usually only directed at the viewfinder, it is of great advantage if, according to the invention, the correct setting is recognized in the viewfinder itself and constantly monitored during the recording.

can be checked.
If the setting is incorrect, the wing 11 assumes the position shown in FIG. 4 and with its surface 14 disturbs the view through the viewfinder in a striking manner. At the moment of the correct setting, a current surge is triggered by the photocell, for example, which causes the moving coil 8

its smallest projection and hardly obstructs the view through the viewfinder.
