   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisch beheiztes und vom Gasgestänge betätigtes Zusatzluftventil für Brennkraftmaschinen, das einfach im Aufbau und zuverlässlich in seiner Wirkung ist. 



   Erfindungsgemäss ist das an seinem unteren Ende mit Lufteintrittsöffnungen versehene Ventilgehäuse von einem einen siebartigen Deckel aufweisenden Mantel umgeben, wobei zwischen Gehäuse und Mantel eine elektrische Heizspirale angeordnet ist. 



   Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in den Fig. 1-4 der Zeichnung teils in Ansieht, teils im Schnitt dargestellt. 



   In einem Ventilgehäuse 1 ist ein Kegelsitzventil 2 angeordnet. Das Ventil 2 ist durch eine Schraubenfeder 5 belastet. Die Führung des Ventilschaftes erfolgt im Boden   3,   der mit dem Gehäuse 1 verschraubt ist. Das Ventilgehäuse 1 ist von einem Mantel 4 umgeben, dessen Deckel siebartige Öffnungen 7 aufweist. 



  In dem eine Luftkammer bildenden Zwischenraum zwischen   Gehäuse 1   und Mantel   4   ist eine elektrische Heizspirale 10, 11 angeordnet. Der Schaft des Ventils 2 trägt an seinem unteren Ende eine Mutter 6, die durch ein Zugorgan 17 und einen Anschlag 19,   20   mit dem Gashebel 18 derart in Verbindung steht, dass erst bei einer gewünschten Stellung des Gashebels 18 das Ventil 2 öffnet. Vermittels des Rohres 13 und der Mutter 14 ist das Ventilgehäuse mit der Ansaugleitung verbunden. 



   Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist ohne weiteres verständlich. Wenn der Gashebel    um   ein gewisses Mass verschwenkt ist, wird vom   Zugorgan17, 19, 20   das Ventil 2 geöffnet. Zusatzluft wird durch die siebartigen Öffnungen 7 in die Luftkammer angesaugt, durch die Heizspirale erwärmt und durch die Öffnungen 21 im Ventilgehäuse und die Leitung   13 Über   das geöffnete Ventil 2 abgeführt. 



   Der Heizkörper wird nur vor dem Anlassen des Motors in Tätigkeit gesetzt und nach Erzeugung der für das leichtere Starten notwendigen stark erhitzten Luftmenge sofort nach Anspringen des Motors abgeschaltet ; die Vorrichtung arbeitet nun mit Normalluft weiter.

   The present invention relates to an electrically heated additional air valve for internal combustion engines which is actuated by the throttle linkage and which is simple in construction and reliable in its operation.



   According to the invention, the valve housing, which is provided with air inlet openings at its lower end, is surrounded by a jacket having a sieve-like cover, an electrical heating coil being arranged between the housing and jacket.



   The subject of the invention is shown partly in sight, partly in section in FIGS. 1-4 of the drawing.



   A cone seat valve 2 is arranged in a valve housing 1. The valve 2 is loaded by a helical spring 5. The valve stem is guided in the base 3, which is screwed to the housing 1. The valve housing 1 is surrounded by a jacket 4, the cover of which has sieve-like openings 7.



  An electrical heating coil 10, 11 is arranged in the space between housing 1 and jacket 4, which space forms an air chamber. The shaft of the valve 2 carries a nut 6 at its lower end, which is connected to the throttle lever 18 by a pulling element 17 and a stop 19, 20 in such a way that the valve 2 opens only when the throttle lever 18 is in a desired position. By means of the tube 13 and the nut 14, the valve housing is connected to the suction line.



   The mode of operation of the device is readily understandable. When the throttle lever is pivoted to a certain extent, the valve 2 is opened by the pulling element 17, 19, 20. Additional air is sucked into the air chamber through the sieve-like openings 7, heated by the heating coil and discharged through the openings 21 in the valve housing and the line 13 via the opened valve 2.



   The heating element is only activated before the engine is started and, after generating the amount of strongly heated air required for easier starting, it is switched off immediately after the engine starts; the device now continues to work with normal air.
