Behelf für Abstimmungszwecke, Abgabe von Kritiken od. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behelf für Abstimmungszwecke, Abgabe von Kritiken od. dgl. durch einen grösseren Kreis von Personen und bezweckt, verschiedene Meinungsäusserungen auf einmal ohne Schreibgerät oder irgendwelche Hilfsmittel in sehr einfacher Weise abzugeben. Der Behelf besteht aus einem Schein, der Aufschriften entsprechend den verschiedenen in Betracht kommenden Fragen und Antworten, Anträge u. dgl. enthält. Erfindungsgemäss sind die verschiedenen Aufschriften in Feldern angeordnet, die ohne besondere Hilfsmittel aus dem Gesamtbild des Scheines entfernbar sind, so dass der Benutzer alle Felder bis auf das die gewünschte Meinungsäusserung enthaltende Feld ausscheiden kann. Die Felder sind als Lappen des Scheines ausgebildet, die einzeln oder in Gruppen am Aussenrand von Fragen enthaltenden Feldern angeordnet sind.
Die Felder können aber auch innerhalb des Scheines liegen, ohne dessen Rand zu erreichen, in welchem Falle besondere Vorsorgen zum leichteren Entfernen getroffen sind.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in drei Ausführungsformen eines Behelfes zur Abgabe von Kritiken in Lichtspieltheatern dargestellt.
Nach Fig. 1 hat der im wesentlichen quadratische Schein ein polygonales Mittelfeld mit einer Gebrauchsanweisung. Das Mittelfeld ist von einer geschlossenen Reihe von Feldern umgeben, die je eine Frage enthalten. Den grösseren Feldern a sind je drei Antworten zugeordnet, die auf nebeneinander befindlichen, zu einer Gruppe vereinigten Feldern vorgedruckt sind. Die dreieckigen Felder b, c an den Ecken des Quadrates enthalten gegensätzliche Antworten auf Fragen, die in den innen anschliessenden Feldern stehen und demgemäss zweimal vorgedruckt sein müssen. Die Felder mit den Antworten bilden also Randlappen des Scheines, deren mit punktierten Linien hervorgehobene Ansatzstellen zweckmässig gekerbt oder perforiert sind, um das Abtrennen der nicht benötigten Antworten zu erleichtern.
Der Behelf nach Fig. 2 sieht einen rechteckigen Schein vor, an dessen Längsseiten entsprechend den die Fragen enthaltenden Feldern f dreieckige Lappen d und e mit den Antworten angesetzt sind, die paarweise je die gegensätzlich Meinung ausdrücken. Da die Mittelfelder auch eine Antwort enthalten, kommt in diesem Falle auch die Abtrennung zweier gegenüberliegender Lappen in Betracht.
Nach Fig. 3 sind im linken Teil des Scheines an einer Längsseite Felder al mit Antworten in drei Gruppen je einem eine Frage enthaltenden Feld zugeordnet. Im rechten Teile des Scheines sind drei grössere Felder vorgesehen, die je eine Frage und zwei innerhalb des Feldes liegende Felder mit Antworten aufweisen.
Diese wahlweise auszuscheidenden Felder g, h, j haben vorgekerbte oder perforierte Begrenzungslinien, so dass man sie leicht durchdrücken kann. Die Figur zeigt diese Felder kreisrund, quadratisch und in Dreieekform. Im letzteren Falle sind die kürzeren Dreieckseiten perforiert, wodurch sich beim Durchdrücken ein Lappen bildet, der nach hinten gefaltet werden kann. Die Felder, welche die Antworten enthalten und daher teilweise auszuscheiden sind, können an der Rückseite mit einem Klebstoff versehen sein, so dass sie statt abgetrennt, umgeschlagen und angeklebt werden können.
Das Durchdrücken von vorgekerbten, gummierten Feldern bildet an sich nicht den Gegenstand der Erfindung, auch nicht, dass es für Behelfe zum Abschluss von Rennwetten vorgeschlagen wurde, kleine, Ziffern enthaltende Felder aus dem Schein zu entfernen und auf einen zweiten zugehörigen Schein aufzukleben.

The invention relates to a device for voting purposes, giving criticisms or the like by a larger group of people and aims to give different expressions of opinion at once in a very simple manner without a writing instrument or any aids. The makeshift consists of a certificate, the inscriptions according to the various questions and answers, applications and similar. Like. Contains. According to the invention, the various inscriptions are arranged in fields that can be removed from the overall picture of the bill without special aids, so that the user can eliminate all fields except for the field containing the desired expression of opinion. According to FIG. 1, the essentially square note has a polygonal center field with instructions for use. The middle field is surrounded by a closed series of fields, each containing a question. The larger fields a are assigned three answers each, which are preprinted on fields that are next to each other and are combined to form a group. The triangular fields b, c at the corners of the square contain opposing answers to questions that are in the adjacent fields and must therefore be preprinted twice. The fields with the answers thus form the edge flaps of the note, the attachment points of which are highlighted with dotted lines and are usefully notched or perforated to make it easier to separate the answers that are not required.
The device according to FIG. 2 provides a rectangular note, on the long sides of which, corresponding to the fields f containing the questions, triangular lobes d and e are set with the answers which in pairs each express the opposing opinion. Since the middle fields also contain an answer, the separation of two opposing lobes is also possible in this case.
According to FIG. 3, fields a1 with answers in three groups are each assigned to a field containing a question in the left part of the note on one long side. In the right part of the ticket there are three larger fields, each with a question and two fields with answers within the field.
These fields g, h, j, which can be separated optionally, have pre-notched or perforated boundary lines so that they can be easily pushed through. The figure shows these fields circular, square and triangular. In the latter case, the shorter sides of the triangle are perforated, so that a flap is formed when it is pushed through, which can be folded backwards. The fields that contain the answers and therefore have to be partially eliminated can be provided with an adhesive on the back so that they can be turned over and glued on instead of being separated.
The pressing through of pre-notched, rubberized fields does not form the subject matter of the invention per se, nor is it that it was proposed, as an aid to concluding racing bets, to remove small fields containing numbers from the ticket and to stick them on a second associated ticket.
