Antriebsanordnung fiir elektrische Fahrzeuge.

Drive arrangement for electric vehicles.
The fierce economic competition in the transport sector demands that the electrically operated rail vehicles be designed in such a way that they have the lowest possible weight, based on the power unit, for the transport of large payloads and compliance with high travel speeds.
On the basis of operating experience, vehicles with single-axle drive correspond most advantageously to these conditions. In general, however, the engine with the engines is built into special engine or bogie frames, which, apart from the running technical disadvantages, make up a decisive part of the vehicle's cost.
The invention now relates to a drive arrangement by means of which the disadvantages mentioned are eliminated.
The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the engine or bogie frame also forms the motor housing and the pawl bearings are the axle bearings of the wheel sets in a manner known per se.
EMI1.1
arranged in the motor housing so that everything together forms a compact, bogie-like, completely sprung traction motor. The elimination of the axle bearings and stub axles also results in a further reduction in the weight of the wheelsets.
In the drawings, the essence of the invention is shown, u. Between. FIGS. 1 and 2 show the cross and longitudinal section of the pawl bearing with the cushioning and the gear set back gear. FIG. 3 schematically shows the side view and FIG. 4 shows the plan view of a drive design according to the invention. As shown in Fig. 1, special guide surfaces are formed on the one hand on the motor housing 15 and on the other hand on the bearing cover 9, on which the paw bearing 8 slides with the rotatably mounted slide shoe 7 and rollers 11 and easily follows the respective position of the wheel axle 10.
The brackets cast onto the motor housing are designed as spring housings 2 at the top and as paw bearing housings 14 at the bottom. The entire weight of the vehicle is borne by the twin screw

Transfer wheelsets. The springs 4 are pretensioned by means of the screws 1 and the oil distributor tray 13 is adjusted by means of the screws 12. The lower part of the paw bearing housing 14 is the oil container.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the sliding surfaces of the paw pads are radially worked out, so that the countershaft center remains unchanged in the case of vertical impacts and only a rolling movement of the partial gear wheel circles 16 and 17 is possible.
According to FIG. 2, the gear wheel hub 19 is pressed onto the wheel hub 18 and connected to the gear wheel body 21 by means of a ball seat 20, thereby ensuring that the wheel teeth work properly. The hard impacts of the running wheels 24 acting on the wheel set gear are cushioned by the spoke couplings 22 arranged on both sides in the gear wheel body. Furthermore, the arrangement of the gear protection 23 and the oil filter 25 is shown in FIG.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, the structure of such a drive device is shown. This is expediently designed as a double motor, the cast steel housing 1 of which with the cast-on pawl bearing brackets also form a compact bogie frame. In traction motors designed in this way, as before
