Zeitungshalter.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zeitungshalter mit einem zum Auflegen der Zeitung während des Lesens dienenden Rahmen und einem vorzugsweise Reklameaufdrucke od. dgl. tragenden Blatte od. dgl. und besteht in einer derartigen Ausbildung des Rahmens, dass in diesen das Blatt eingespannt ist.
Es ist bereits bekannt, in den Rahmen eines Zeitungshalters Reklametafeln seitlich einzuschieben.
Demgegenüber hat die erfindungsgemässe Bauart den Vorteil, dass durch das fest eingespannte Blatt der Rahmen versteift wird.
In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Fig. 1 in Ansicht und in Fig. 2 in einem Schnitte längs der Linie A-B in Fig. 1 dargestellt, während in Fig. 3 eine zweite Ausführungsform in Ansicht und in Fig. 4 im Schnitte längs der Linie C-D in Fig. 3 veranschaulicht ist.
Bei der erstgenannten Ausführungsform ist der Rahmen aus ungefähr längs der Mittelachse gespaltenem Rohr od. dgl. hergestellt und besteht demnach aus zwei in sich geschlossenen Teilen a von ungefähr halbkreisförmigem Querschnitt. An dem einen dieser beiden Teile ist der Handgriff b samt dem Befestigungsmechanismus für die Zeitung angebracht. Das Reklameaufdrucke oder Reklamedarstellungen tragende Blatt c wird zwischen dem genannten, mit dem Handgriffe fest verbundenen Rahmenteile und dem zweiten freien Rahmenteile eingespannt und hierauf Rahmenteile und Blatt durch Nägel a od. dgl. miteinander verbunden.
Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform ist der Rahmen aus Aluminium oder einem andern Leichtmetalle hergestellt und hat einen U-formigen, nach dem Inneren des Rahmens zu offenen Querschnitt.
Zwecks Versteifung weicht an der Ecke f dieser Querschnitt von der einfachen U-Form ab und weist an der Aussenseite eine Auswölbung od. dgl. auf. Dieses abweichende Profil geht ungefähr in der Mitte der anschliessenden Rahmenschenkel in das einfache U-Profil über. Vorzugsweise ist, damit das Reklameblatt g bequem in dem Rahmen eingeführt werden kann, der obere Rahmenschenkel h abnehmbar und kann nach Einführen des Blattes mit den anschliessenden Schenkeln verschraubt werden. Zur Befestigung des Blattes dienen Niete j, Schrauben od. dgl.
Der Handgriff k ist in der Mittelachse des Rahmens befestigt und weist einen Fortsatz i ! auf, der den unteren Rahmenschenkel m durchsetzt, durch das Innere des Rahmens hindurchreicht und an den Rahmenschenkeln m und h befestigt ist. Um das im Rahmen eingespannte Reklameblatt g möglichst wenig zu stören, besitzt der Fortsatz ! des Handgriffes einen flachen Querschnitt. Um den Fortsatz unsichtbar zu machen, können in den Rahmen statt eines einzigen zwei Reklameblätter eingelegt werden, die dann den Fortsatz beiderseits abdecken.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Zeitungshalter mit Rahmen und einem vorzugsweise Reklameaufdrucke od. dgl. tragenden Blatte od. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blatt in den Rahmen eingespannt ist.

The invention relates to a newspaper holder with a frame used to place the newspaper while reading and a sheet or the like, preferably carrying advertising imprints or the like, and consists of such a design of the frame that the sheet is clamped into it.
It is already known to slide billboards laterally into the frame of a newspaper holder.
In contrast, the design according to the invention has the advantage that the frame is stiffened by the firmly clamped leaf.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in FIG. 1 in a view and in FIG. 2 in a section along the line AB in FIG. 1, while in FIG. 3 a second embodiment in a view and in FIG. 4 in a longitudinal section the line CD in Fig. 3 is illustrated.
In the first-mentioned embodiment, the frame is made of pipe or the like split approximately along the central axis and accordingly consists of two self-contained parts a of approximately semicircular cross-section. The handle b together with the fastening mechanism for the newspaper is attached to one of these two parts. The sheet c carrying advertising imprints or advertisements is clamped between the said frame parts firmly connected to the handle and the second free frame part and the frame parts and sheet are then connected to one another by nails a or the like.
In the second embodiment, the frame is made of aluminum or some other light metal and has a U-shaped cross-section that is open towards the interior of the frame.
For the purpose of stiffening, this cross-section deviates from the simple U-shape at the corner f and has a bulge or the like on the outside. This deviating profile merges into the simple U-profile approximately in the middle of the adjoining frame legs. Preferably, so that the advertising sheet g can be easily inserted into the frame, the upper frame leg h can be removed and, after the sheet has been inserted, can be screwed to the adjoining legs. To attach the sheet are rivets j, screws or the like.
The handle k is fixed in the central axis of the frame and has an extension i! on, which penetrates the lower frame leg m, extends through the interior of the frame and is attached to the frame legs m and h. In order to disturb the advertising sheet g clamped in the frame as little as possible, the extension! the handle has a flat cross-section. In order to make the extension invisible, two advertising sheets can be inserted into the frame instead of a single one, which then cover the extension on both sides.

1. Newspaper holder with frame and a preferably advertising imprint or the like bearing sheet or the like, characterized in that the sheet is clamped in the frame.
