Wasserführung.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Wasserführung in Rohren und Gerinnen nach Patent Nr. 134543 mit eingebauten, von der Wand gegen die Mitte ragenden leitschaufelartigen Flächen, deren jede so gekrümmt ist, dass sie das Wasser von der Wand gegen die Mitte der Wasserführung drängt, wobei nach dem Stammpatent das Wesen der Erfindung bei Rohren darin besteht, dass die leitschaufelartigen Flächen im Zuge eines mehrgängigen Dralles angeordnet sind.
Eine besondere Ausbildung der leitschaufelartigen Flächen besteht nach dem Patent Nr. 1 ? darin, dass sie mit in der Strömungsrichtung des Wassers drallartig verlaufenden Nuten versehen sind.
Die Erfindung betrifft nun eine weitere Ausbildung der leitschaufelartigen Flächen, deren Zweck darin besteht, die voreilende Bewegung des Wassers im Kern gegenüber der Wasserführung in den Randzonen zu begünstigen.
Einfache Hemmung der Randzonen würde zu Turbulenzerscheinungen in der Grenzschicht zwischen Kern-und Randzone führen und die Ausbildung einer wohl durchgebildeten Kernzone ungünstig beeinflussen. Die Erfindung bezweckt nun, die Randzone in einzelne Wirbelgebilde zu zerlegen, die infolge ihrer inneren Stabilität sozusagen feste, wenig zur Auflösung neigende Gebilde sind, die in ihrer Gesamtheit einen das Voreilen des Wasserkernes begünstigenden Wassermantel ergeben.
Die Elemente sind drehspanartig gewunden, so dass zwei grundsätzlich nach Fig. 1 gestellte Lenkflächenelemente gebildet werden. Diese zwei Flächenelemente haben die Aufgabe, den Wasserfäden der Randzone des in der Drallrichtung 3 ankommenden Wasserstromes eine schraubenförmige Bewegung zu geben, so dass also eine schraubenförmige Unterbewegung in der Schraubenbewegung des gesamten Wassermantels entsteht.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in beispielsweise Ausführung in Fig. 1 in Draufsieht und in Fig. 2 schräg von vorne, entgegen der Strömungsriehtung gesehen, dargestellt. Fig. 3 zeigt die Fläche abgewickelt.
Im Rohre 1 sind die leitschaufelförmigen Elemente 2 wie im Stammpatent im Zuge eines mehrgängigen Dralles 3 angeordnet. Beim Verlassen des Schaufelteiles 5 wird den Wasserfäden jeweils immer eine nach der Querschnittsmitte gerichtete Bewegung erteilt. Die Führung des Wassers wird durch Rillen 6 begünstigt und, da die Rillen konisch zusammenlaufen, eine Presswasserbildung ausgelöst, die das durcheilende Fördergut ebenfalls gegen die Mitte drängen soll.
Die Lenkflächen können auch aus einzelnen voneinander getrennten Elementen zusammengesetzt sein.

The invention now relates to a further embodiment of the guide vane-like surfaces, the purpose of which is to promote the advancing movement of the water in the core compared to the flow of water in the edge zones.
Simple inhibition of the edge zones would lead to turbulence phenomena in the boundary layer between core and edge zone and have an unfavorable effect on the formation of a well-formed core zone. The aim of the invention is to break up the edge zone into individual eddy structures which, due to their internal stability, are solid structures with little tendency to dissolve, which in their entirety result in a water jacket that promotes the advance of the water core.
The elements are wound like a rotary chip, so that two steering surface elements, which are basically shown in FIG. These two surface elements have the task of giving the water threads of the edge zone of the incoming water flow in the twist direction 3 a helical movement, so that a helical sub-movement occurs in the helical movement of the entire water jacket.
