Die Schmierung beider Lagerstellen Ll und L2 erfolgt in bekannter Weise dadurch, dass das Schmieröl aus der im Lagergehäuse 4 untergebrachten Ölkammer UK mittels eines Schleuderringes S im Lageroberteil befördert wird und hier von einem Abstreifer A übernommen und in die an der Gleitlagerschale 3 angegossene obere Ölkammer OK in der Richtung des Pfeiles weitergeleitet wird, von wo aus das Schmieröl den Lagerstellen LI und L2 mit statischem Druck zufliesst und somit in den Raum B gelangt.
Die Rückleitung des Schmieröles vom Raum E aus zurück zur unteren Ölkammer UK erfolgt durch Vermittlung einer mit dem Arbeitsrad 2 dicht verbundenen Rückführungshülse 7, welche die Gleitlagerschale 3 mit Spiel umschliesst und in eine am Lagergehäuse vorgesehene Olsammelrinne hineinragt, wodurch das Schmieröl'vom Raum B in die Sammelrinne 8 und von hier durch die Olführungsnut 9 in die untere Ölkammer UK zurückgelangt.
Die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung ist besonders für Pumpen zur Förderung von durch schmirgelnde Bestandteile verunreinigten Fördermitteln sehr gut geeignet, da die teuere Welle mit den Fördermitteln nicht in Berührung kommt.
Diese Art der Lagerung ist für mit tropfbaren oder gasförmigen Arbeitsmitteln arbeitende Turbinen,
Schleuderpumpen, Kompressoren u. dgl. gleich gut geeignet.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Innerhalb des Stopfbüchsentopfes angeordnete, vom Förder-oder Arbeitsmittel dicht abgeschlossen Lagerung, insbesondere für einseitig gelagerte Läufer von Schleuderpumpen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in dem Stopfbüchsentopf hinein verlängerte geschmierte Gleitlagerschale des ausser- . halb der Stopfbüchse befindlichen Hauptlagers auch als Gleitlagerschale zur Führung der Läuferwelle (1) innerhalb des Stopfbüchsentopfes dient.
