Contact finger for controller.
The invention relates to contact fingers for controllers in which the movable member, which carries the arcing contact and is under the action of a compression spring, is mounted on the fixed finger bracket in an easily detachable manner.
According to the invention, the movable member mounted with a cutting edge at an angle of the finger bracket is secured by a screw bolt which freely penetrates its mounted end and carries at its free end a clamping device consisting of a fixed and a movable jaw for the burning contact.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a diagrammatic overall representation of the contact finger, and FIG. 2 shows a section through the movable member.
The fingerboek consists of a bar 8 firmly connected to the elbow and an abutment 5 for the compression spring 7. The movable member 6 is mounted with a cutting edge in the elbow 4 and is secured by a bolt 9 which is screwed into the elbow 4 and by a Bore 14 (Fig. 2) of the movable member protrudes freely, secured against lateral displacement. A screw bolt 10 guides the movable member 6 with its flattened end during its pivoting movement in a slot 12 of the angle piece. By positioning the flattened end transversely, the movable member can be held in the pivoted-out position, as shown in FIG. 1.
The electrically conductive connection between the fixed and movable part of the contact finger is made by a flexible lamella 11 which is clamped between the abutment 5 and the angle piece 4 by means of the screw 3. The free end of the movable member 6 carries a fixed jaw 2 b and one guided in a slot 2 c
