und Aschenhut i.

air flow into the oven.
Compared to the known firing systems of this type, the new firing system differs in that a container is arranged in the fire chamber below the conical ceiling opening covered by the fire chamber and is intended to collect the collapsing from the above the container
The ash is used for streams of fire gas. This collecting container can be mounted tiltable or rotatable for emptying the ash.
In addition, the hollow fire pit on the curvature of its inner wall and its hollow support ring after the passage opening for the fire gases is provided with bores for introducing combustion air into the fire gases. This has the advantage that the ash particles are separated from the fire gases and any smoke gas particles that are still present are caused by the introduction of
Additional air can be burned in the fire pit. With these facilities will be a faster one
Heating of the oven and a saving of fuel achieved and the oven vault as well as the stove plates are protected.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown schematically in one embodiment, u. between Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the furnace and its hollow-walled Feuersehlund,
FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the support ring and the lower part of the fire throat that rests on it, FIG. 3 shows a plan view of the support ring, FIG. 4 shows a vertical longitudinal section through the
Fire throat and Fig. 5 the fire throat in front view. a is the brickwork of the oven, b the grate, which the under wind as primary air through the
Line c is supplied. The air coming from the air turbine d enters not only into duct c but also into duct e, where it is used as secondary air. The quantitative ratio between primary and
Secondary air can be regulated as required by a slide t.

and ash hat i. The secondary air in channel e passes through the channel in, above which the hotplates are located, into the annular space k of the console part gl, from where it passes through the openings l to the interior n of the flamethrower h. Another part of the secondary air goes through the openings o into the hollow wall p of the flamethrower h, which may have further openings q. The secondary air exits through openings r at the end face, surrounding the flame s like a jacket to protect the vault. Since the fire remains under the stove during baking and the heating power should be used, there is a gas exhaust pipe or a channel c 'with throttle valve e "on the side for this purpose.
The function of the furnace is as follows:
The flame initially branches off to the sides as a result of the asehen hat i, bumping into both the conical walls il of the asehen hat i and the lower walls of the console g, the flame being the solid constituents still present in it, such as soot particles, etc., loses. The upper diameter of the ash hat is kept larger than the central opening of the console part g3, so that the flame first hits the lower walls of the part g3 and when it is deflected towards the interior n of the flamethrower h the unburned residues in the asehen hat i

is set up rotatable and tiltable, can be emptied of its contents as required.
The secondary air, which has meanwhile been preheated and which is used at the same time to cool the masonry and the parts it paints, reaches the flame at!, Q and r, thereby achieving the advantages described above.
By designing the flamethrower with a double jacket, the material used for the flamethrower is also very spared, as it is constantly cooled by the secondary air during heating.
The invention is capable of manifold modifications without departing from the inventive concept as such.
The essence of the invention lies not only in the combination of the three elements, flamethrower including secondary air supply, console and ash hat, rather the individual elements as such are also new.
