Mit einem Trieur kombinierter Elevator bei Getreidereinigungsmaschinen.
Das Bestreben, G2treidereinigungsmaschinen mit möglichst wenig Gefällsverlust, d. h. möglichst gedrängt und daher auch billig zu bauen, ergab den unmittelbaren Zusammenbau des Trieurauslaufes mit dem Unterteil des Elevatorgehäuses. Diese einfache Bauart, bei welcher sohin die vom Trieur kommende Frucht sich unmittelbar in den Unterteil des Elevatorgehäuses ergiesst, entspricht aber dann nicht mehr, wenn vom Trieur mehr als eine Fruchtsorte an den Elevator abgegeben wird, denn es muss möglich sein, je nach Wahl eine oder mehrere Sorten dem Elevator zu entziehen, so dass nur eine bestimmte Sorte oder Sortenmischung vom Elevator erfasst und hochgehoben wird.
Die Erfindung betrifft die Ausgestaltung eines mit einem Trieur kombinierten Elevators derart, dass je nach Wahl alle, mehrere oder nur eine einzige vom Trieur kommende Fruchtsorte vom Elevator angehoben wird.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführung für zwei Fruchtsorten zeigt die Zeichnung in Fig. 1 und 2 schematisch im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 3 je zur Hälfte (entsprechend Fig. 1 und 2) schematisch im Querschnitt.

bei 4 und 5 verschiedene Fruchtsorten in den Elevatorgehäuseunterteil abgibt. Der Elevator bzw. sein Gehäuse ist oberhalb der Trieurachse mit der Unterteilung 8 versehen. Unterhalb der Trieuraehse setzt sich die Unterteilung durch ein muldenförmiges bzw. schaufelringartiges Organ 6 fort, das in der Richtung der Trieurachse verschiebbar ist. In der Stellung I dieses Organs 6, das den Elevatorgehäuseunterteil abteilt, wird nur die bei 5 vom Trieur kommende Frucht vom Elevator erfasst, während die vom Trieur bei 4 kommende Frucht aus dem Elevatorgehäuseunterteil bei 7 abläuft.
In der Stellung 11 des Schiebers 6 werden beide Sorten vom Elevator erfasst und die Öffnung 7 im Gehäuseunterteil durch den sich daran innenmantelartig anschmiegenden Muldenboden des Schiebers 6 verschlossen.
In Fig. 2 ist eine andere Ausführungsform schematisch dargestellt, bei der zur Unterteilung des Gehäuseunterteiles nicht ein Schieber dient, sondern der ganze Unterteil selbst verschiebbar ist. 1 bezeichnet wieder den Elevator, 8 die obere feste Unterteilung. Unterhalb der Trieurachse ist der ganze Elevatorgehäuseunterteil verschiebbar und besitzt als Unterteilung vorteilhaft feste Trennungswände. In der Stellung 11 wird sowohl die bei 5 als auch die bei 4 vom Trieur kommende Frucht vom Elevator erfasst ; dagegen fliesst in der Stellung I des Unterteiles die bei 4 vom Trieur kommende Frucht bei 7 frei ab.
Die Erfindung ist nur auf Ausführungen mit zwei Umsehaltmögliehkeiten beschränkt ; erfindungsgemäss können Kombinationen zwischen Trieurauslauf und Elevatorgehäuseunterteil mit verschiebbaren oder festen Teilwänden im Elevatorgehäuseunterteil auch für mehr als zwei Fruchtsorten und Umschaltmöglichkeiten hergestellt werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Mit einem Trieur kombinierter Elevator bei Getreidereinigungsmaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Trieurauslauf umfassende Unterteil des Elevatorgehäuses im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Trieurachse in zwei oder mehrere Abteilungen unterteilt ist.
