Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Spinntopfseide.
Gegenstand des Patentes bildet eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Spinntopfseide, die eine
Nach-und Fertigbehandlung des Spinnkuchens im Topf in einem Arbeitsgange ermöglicht. Hiezu wird ein doppelwandiger Spinntopf, wie in Fig. 1 der Zeichnung dargestellt, der mit einem perforierten Ring R versehen ist, verwendet. Nur die Innenwand dieses doppelwandigen Topfes besitzt Perforierungen P, u. zw. nur an den Stellen, die nachher von den Fadenlagen des Kuchens bedeckt sind. Das abgeschleudert
Spinnbad dringt durch den Kanal L zum Austritt neben der Spindel S, auf welcher der Topf aufgesetzt ist. Man kann auch bei Benutzung des doppelwandigen Spinntopfes schon während des Spinnens den
Faden zum mindesten waschen.
Um nun die Spinnmaschine während des Nachbehandeln des Kuchens im Spinntopf nicht zu beanspruchen, wird der doppelwandige Spinntopf (Fig. 1) in Vakuumwaschapparate, wie in der schwei- zerischen Patentschrift Nr. 115282 beschrieben, gebracht und auf der Auflagefläche Y, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, unter entsprechender Abdichtung auf den Stutzen X, der zur Vakuumleitung J führt, auf- gesetzt. In diesen Apparaten kann der Kuchen mittels Vakuums sowohl gewaschen als auch entschwefelt, gebleicht und erforderlichenfalls gefärbt und geschmeidig gemacht werden, indem man die hiefür erforderliche Behandlungsflüssigkeit einlaufen, absaugen und rückgewinnen lässt. Man erhält somit einen veredelten Kunstfaden in Kuchenform, der direkt in für die Textilindustrie geeignete Aufwickel- form oder in Strangform gebracht werden kann.
Solche Stränge brauchen, weil der Faden schon im
Spinntopf vorbehandelt bzw. sogar gebleicht oder gefärbt ist, in Strangform nicht mehr weiterbehandelt zu werden, wodurch die Kunstseide mit unverworfenem Kreuz und ohne sonstige bei der Behandlung in Strangform vorkommende Beschädigungen vorliegt und sich leicht und ohne. Abfall verarbeiten lässt.
Man kann aber auch den im Spinntopf befindlichen Kuchen nach Abhebung des Spinntopfes von der Spinnmaschine und Einsetzung der perforierten Manschette M in das Innere des Kuchens in der Weise nachbehandeln, dass man an Stelle des üblichen Spinntopfdeckels mit grosser Öffnung, durch welche der Spinntrichter in den Spinntopf eingeführt wird, einen nach Fig. 3 ausgebildeten Deckel I verwendet. Der Deckel I schliesst den Topf dicht ab und besitzt zweckmässig ausgebildete Anschlüsse II, durch welche die Wasch-und hierauf die Nachbehandlungsflüssigkeiten in den Topf eingeleitet werden.
Die Wasch-und die Nachbehandlungsflüssigkeiten werden mit dem erforderlichen Gefälle in den Topf durch die Anschlüsse II geleitet und passieren durch die perforierte Manschette M den Kuchen und den perforierten Ring R und treten durch die Löcher des Spinntopfes nach aussen. Behufs Weiterbenutzung werden die Behandlungsflüssigkeiten aufgefangen und gegebenenfalls zur Regenerierung und Wieder- benutzung vorbereitet. Nach erfolgter Wasch-und Nachbehandlung wird der Deckel entfernt und der
Kuchen mit der Manschette M und dem Ring R zusammen ausgekippt. Der Ring R wird entfernt und auf der flexiblen Manschette M wird der Kuchen getrocknet und weiterverarbeitet.
