Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung des Grades der Haarfeuchtigkeit bei der Haarwellenherstellung.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung des Grades der Haarfeuch- tigkeit bei der Haarwellenherstellung. Die Vorrichtung beruht auf der Erkenntnis, dass die Leitfähigkeit des Haares für einen elektrischen Strom vom Feuchtigkeitsgrad des Haares abhängt. Wenn während der Haarwellenherstellung mittels Hitze die Vorrichtung einen schon geringen Feuehtigkeitsgrad des
Haares feststellt, wird die Heizung eingestellt, um ein Versengen des Haares hintanzuhalten.
In der Zeichnung ist die Vorrichtung schematisch dargestellt.
1 ist eine Stromquelle, 2 ein stellbarer Widerstand, 3 ein Spannungsmesser, 4 ein die Elektrizität leitender Lockenwickler, 5 sind die aufgewickelten feuchten Haare, 6 ist der Heizkörper der Haarwell- vorriehtung, 7 ist die Gegenelektrode zu dem an die Stromquelle 1 angeschlossenen Lockenwickler 4.
Sie besteht aus die Elektrizität gut leitendem Material und steht mit der elektrischen Leitung mittels eines Steckers 8 in lösbarer Verbindung. Auch der Lockenwickler 4 ist an den Stromkreis mittels eines
Steckers 8 lösbar angeschlossen. Man schaltet der Reihe nach alle am Kopf befindlichen Lockenwickler 4 und ihre Gegenelektrode 7 in den Stromkreis ein, um den Grad der Austrocknung der Locken 5 an dem Ausschlag des Spannungsmessers 3 zu erkennen. Der Ausschlag wird um so kleiner, je trockener die Haare durch die Wirkung des Heizkörpers 6 geworden sind. Diese Art der Benutzung ist jedoch umständlich.
Zweckmässig werden alle Lockenwickler 4 an einen Spannungsmesser angeschlossen und die Haarwickel der Reihe nach mit einer einzigen Gegenelektrode 7 abgetastet.
